  I'm trying to change my billing address in the iTunes Store.  I have to update my credit card information.  I touch only in and continue the change of address and press ENTER.  Apple says that my card is rejected.  My Bank says it all credit card is fine and has no explanation for the dismissal.  Of course, I can't call someone at Apple and cannot even send them a mail because it isn't on an order number.  As usual, it's the horrible customer of Apple at work service.  Any suggestions on how to fix this since I can't ask Apple directly?  Thank you very much.

  Well, I do not know why you "can not call Apple. At the iTunes link Support options you can choose what you will get to the call/chat support option screen. So, it's not "horrible service", just a misunderstanding on your part about how to use the link and access the service page.

  Insofar as the address change will, if you use the credit card has a different billing address than what you put in, then it will say that it is denied. Is the address on your bank statement exactly identical (in every sense) that you are trying to put in place?

  Photosmart Premium C410 fine woking with e-print. I had to change the IP address and also forgit r = the email address, I want to just start over. I logged into my account eprint and removed the printer. I disabled the webservices on the printer. Now I can not yet enable web services on the printer. Every time I try it tells me that it cannot connect to the server. It is connected wireless and an excellent resistance and printing from PC works fine. I tried resettimng to factory default on the printer, but no change. How to reset a new IP address to an e-printer e-mail address and/or how to enable web services again on the printer?

  The steps below a usually resolve the problem you are experiencing:

  1. unplug the power cord at the back of the printer.

  2. unplug the power cord at the back of your router (and the modem, if they are separated from the router).

  3. wait 20 seconds, then plug the router (and the modem, if necessary) in.

  4. wait for 30 seconds, then plug the printer back and power.

  5. press the button on the front of the printer ePrint, and it should try to connect to Web Services again.

  These steps usually fix the problem, but if it persists, you can try definition of network information static for the printer (which is sometimes useful to stabilize the ability of the printer to get outside of your network to the internet):

  1. press the network icon at the top of the screen of the printer and note the IP address.
   
  2. Enter the IP address in the address bar of a web browser on a computer and press on enter or click the go button browser.
   
  3. the printer status page must be open.  Click network in the upper part.

  4. Select the Proxy settings.
  Note: If you are prompted for a redirect, click OK.  If you receive a certificate warning, select the option that allows you to continue anyway.
  If you receive an internal system error, refresh the page until it loads the proxy settings.
   
  5. check that all fields are empty.  If they are not, make them disappear and make sure that the Proxy Server requires authentication is unchecked and click on apply.  You should get a success message.
   
  6. click on IPv4 under the good (wired or wireless) connection on the left.
  Note: If you only configuring IP address and DNS address with a yellow note Configuration, refresh the page until it loads completely.
   
  8. leave automatic IP IP address Configuration.
   
  9 change the DNS address to the manual DNS Server Configuration.
   
  10. enter manual for the manual preferred DNS Server 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for auxiliary DNS.
   
  11. click Apply and you should get a success message.
   
  12. turn off the printer for 30 seconds and then turn it on again to force the new settings take effect.

  I assume you are using e-mail more than 8600, the scan is this correct?

  If so, do you have this printer connected via Ethernet or wireless?

  If the printer is connected via a network connection, and then access the AddressBook to email for the printer in the printer's built-in Web server.

  • Note the IP address of the printer.  You can get this by pressing the icon on the front panel wireless (it looks like a cell phone small tower at the top of the touch screen).
  • Type the IP address in your browser on your PC
  • The window that loads is the built-in Web server or the Web integrated printer server
  • Click the scanning tab
  • Select the address book on the left.
  • This is where you can add and remove E-mail addresses for scanning to E-mail recipients

  First of all, it works fine, but after the change of IP address it no longer works.

  Debugging, I discovered that it resolves the new IP address but IPSec attempts to connect to the previous INVESTIGATION period.

  I tried this on two other IOS, 15.0 and 12.4

  The other side is a VPN Linksys router, I tried with an IOS router on both sites also, but I got same results.

  I tried with DPD, ISAKMP profiles don't... no help.

  My own system with El Capitan 10.11.2 is up to date and all information appears correctly when I look at about this Mac (I saw a patch on uTube to fix missing serial number), this isn't the problem I have.

  There is an option of the discussed here earlier hotfixes that are users running OSX Yosemite and Mavericks, and that I have not tried is to remove the iCloud account. If I do this or even sign out I'm warned that to do so, will remove all documents stored in iCloud this Mac... it feels drastic and I'm afraid of what I might lose and kind of done use iCloud as a storage solution (that I pay for) useless.

  Anyone know why this is happening and a step by step solution that will work without me having to take stupid with my data risks please?
