Hi everyone, I use my computer for watching videos on Youtube for years now and occasionally HBO GO. About 3 weeks ago, I was watching a youtube video and I dropped some images throughout the video, I don't think it much in time. A couple days later the problem got worse after I'd get 3 fps on every video I tried to watch, any browser, any site. Now I have crossed As loads of troubleshooting and literally spent hours now trying to solve this problem, maybe even days. I posted on other forums and did not get a lot of answers, I hope it will be different.
To describe the issue in greater depth, I'll click on a YouTube video, there will be no other tabs open, the video will open and play 5-10 frames per second, then gradually down to about 3 make very bad video. Usually the problem goes away for a while after a quick restart. But always back about 2 days. However, on HBO GO, this problem is different, I'll click on a video it will charge very well and play smoothly. After about 2-3 minutes, it does the same thing he did in youtube. The difference here is little matter what I do, the problem will not disappear on HBO GO. It seems videos become decoded and rendered in the software (that's why your CPU is getting indexed), rather than use hardware specialized on your GPU for this task. If you receive the benefits of hardware acceleration, your CPU usage is a fraction of that.
If you right-click on a Flash-based video and select settings, then click on the tab on the left, you should have a checkbox to use hardware acceleration. Make sure it is checked.
If it is checked, there is a good chance that you have installed the GPU drivers are old, and we have blacklisted them because they had problems of stability or something. Update to the latest drivers available for your graphics card and see if the performance improves.
I have a collection of great digital movie that I introduced in my iTunes and were able to play to my apple TV. I recently bought a gen 4 ATV and get an error message when I try to play some of these movies, but I can still play through the 3 Genesis is someone else has this problem and/or have a recommendation on how to approach the issue? Not sure that the conversion of files existing MP4 makes sense because they can be played on older ATV.

4th GEN IPad plays only sound with videos in MSN after upgrade to iOS 9.2.1. No problem with videos from other sources. I rented the movie and proceeded to go to google play to see. It acts like it is loading, but the screen goes black and a message says: "there was a problem playing the video on this browser. I can't play video of videomega.tv on mozilla, but when I use chrome, it works. On mozilla that it still can not be charged, said just because the server or network failed, or may format not supported.
