  Yes. The highest point is the one you mentioned: you must remove Windows 8 from your old computer before you activate on the new. In other words, you can have your copy of Windows 8 or Windows 8 Pro running on a single computer at a time.

  Another thing to keep in mind is that if you have installed an upgrade copy under license of Windows 8 on a computer and then you want to use it on another computer, the same 'upgrade' rules apply: you must have a previous version of Windows on the computer before you install Windows 8.   After trying your suggestions without success, I was able to do a chat session with Adobe today.  I figured out that I had 2 accounts Adobe with 2 email addresses.  The serial number that I used was for CS3 (I upgraded to CS6 in CS3).  When I finally came on the second adobe account, I discovered the CS6 serial number and installation ended safely.

  What a headache!  I think I have to tattoo the serial numbers on my forehead :)
