• Problems with Youtube widget

  The YouTube in Adobe Captivate widget has stopped loading videos and display in the browser. I tried several browsers on mac and PC, I tried clearing the cache of the browser, and I tried export Flash and HTML5 and still cannot load the widget - just get a blank space instead. Is there any recent updates to Captivate (or Flash), or is it a bug that you have found? This isn't just occurring with the new modules I have created with the software, but has affected retroactively SCORM packages that have already been deployed on UTSOnline which, as of about a week, showed the videos as usual. This affects all modules I checked.

  You search this forum, you will notice quite a few other discussions related to display YouTube videos with this widget in particular.  It seems that YouTube changed something on their end that now breaks video display in any Captivate project that was based on the YouTube widget.

  I suggest that you look at the other threads on the same topic.  Some Captivate developers report that they can still view their YouTube videos by replacing the YouTube widget with a Web Captivate object that points to the same video.  But this means that you need to open files CPTX of all affected projects and edit slides using the YouTube widget, then republish and redeploy the content.  If you have a lot of projects that use the YouTube widget then the resolution of the problem is gong to be a bear to the difficulty.

• Problems with video widget in Muse

  Hi all

  I'm wandering if someone can help me!

  I have been using Muse to design my first website, for my part and was lucky to fall on this 'background video Widget"created by HelloNoam. I tried to implement on my single page site. A single page website of scrolling is obviously not a drawing that you would normally use the widget background for, however, in principle, it works well by putting the widget on a layer below all other Web site content. I have, however, two problems with the site.

  It is a prototype of the Web site without the video widget and as you can see there is a grey white space on the third "page where the video will appear:

  The first problem is that when the widget is placed on the page, for some reason any that it will create an additional section at the bottom of the page about the size of a footer (although there is no current footer). There is no explanation for what I can see, and this happens only when the widget is used. As far as I know, this happens in all types of browser.

  The second problem seems to be isolated to when using Safari. When the widget is used, the first 'page' loads but then "pages" later (other than the video page) are white and are displaced. Again I am lost as to why this would be and why it would occur only in Safari and only when the widget is used.

  I talked to Abhishek on the Adobe Live Chat and he advised me to create a new thread here describing the problem. I hope that someone will be able to help/identify the problem because I'm lost as to what is wrong and have little or no experience coding (thus why I use Muse)! It is the only big problem I'm facing and for being a filmmaker, and I want to implement a video design beautiful.

  Muse is not video well at all.  Muse is very good at putting up a site of very fast and professional quality with items correctly created, but without video.  Do not use the SWF of Muse recommended files as half of your audience can see your stuff. This is because the HTML 5 is the only way to make it universally visible devices by all static and mobile and more than half of the population now discovers the internet through a mobile device. Learn dreamweaver or other to do it correctly. To bad that Muse could be great if Adobe all down here bits and added the video correctly. Even through code Muse does not well at all. I guess it must be purposely because no company in their right mind would destroy their own potential software without a valid reason.

  sl215 Hello, of course - install firefox on android will happen besides the default browser that is already on the device and will not affect it. If this does not work for you, you can easily uninstall the application again through google game store.

I changed a few names, and now I can't send the form, assume there is a field not applicant, even when all the fields are "unsolicited" and mention "empty" I can't send the form. 2nd question: how to ask a few numbers in a field?

  

  The basic forms do not allow customizations such as the validation of specific entry as numbers only models. You would need a BC Pro account for that. The rest, we can't really tell without having the exact error message and the exact structure of the form. Screenshots are not much use when you do not include the properties / settings for fields.

  It seems that you use the same name for all instances of ticker on the page.

  You must have a unique name for each ticker you want on a single page. Strips with duplicate names will not work.

• Problems with Acer Iconia W5 I received

  Hi all

  I got 4 Acer Iconia W5 (cannot find anything more of a model than the number) with various problems to watch.

  2 of them are ok, I can get them in Windows, all right.

  However, 2 of them have problems and I'm not sure how best to proceed without a USB slot

  Tablet 1 - begins to start, but then says that windows did not start and takes me repair options. I tried pretty much all of them, but nothing works.  Reset your machine simply takes you to a page showing "There was a problem with resetting your PC"

  Tablet 2 - customary on switch at all.  When connected to the power there is no indication he has all power connected at all.

  I think that 2 tablet is just dead, but if you have any ideas, I'm happy to hear.

  1 tablet should be repairable, but generally I'd stick to a bootable USB to fix, but these things have only slot for SD card and sim.

  Thought you said that you have four--the others work? If you can you use it to create a recovery flash drive and use it to repair others.

• x 200 tablet, still have problems with smartaudio after driver conexant last updated.

  where the devil file complaint or tech support, whenever I call it, there are people who do not know jack whatever it is.

  I had an x 200 tablet, was seen problem with the beams stupid mistake that keep popping up.  then I updated my drivers conexant coming out who was supposed to address this problem. But it doesn't, it creates more problem.

  Now whenever it starts, an error with smartaudio.   so, it leaves me with 2 choices, or I used the former driver who does not mistake smartaudio. but the beam forming erro. or I use the new driver that will give me the error smartaudio.

  anyone has the solution let me know please.

  running, updated vista business sp2.  and Yes, I've updated all the drivers that I find unnecessary and causes more problems for me.  as the update of the thinkvantage system that made it useless until I have some file and add vista business sp2 in it.

  Yay what's up, I answer to my own problem tech.  I hope this can help some of you.  CUS we are ourselves since lenovo cannot help us with our problems. they should just all the fire so that they can sell their products cheaper. for the ppl who work there are unnecessary.

  "OK for people with the beam forming the problem, just go to c:\program Conexant delete folder there, it's to say" TOMY.

  reason for this is because it won't let you delete the folder of conexant all at once.  and remove it to ensure that the new drivers to install correctly.

  After that, simply download and install the latest drivers from the website of lenovo conexant.   Now you should get only the smartaudio error when you switch to Tablet mode or laptop.

  just go to the c:\program files\CONEXANT\SAII directory, rename the smartaudio and SAIIcpl to something else.  I just added a _ in front of her.  This way, whenever you change the mode it will not create the smartaudio error. and you can rename it back later if you wish, or if someone comes up with a better solution

  now, you might ask, how can we change the parameters for the smartaudio.

  If you really want to set that just go to c:\swtools\drivers\audioc\smaudio\smaudio, there is an icon that is smaudio.exe you can double click and run it to change the settings.

  After that, you should not get the beam forming or smartaudio error.

  Lenovo has probably screwed up on some instructions, which does not run programs properly maybe that happens to people with vista sp2?

  CUS, I noticed that when I upgraded to sp2, the thinkvantage system update will not work until we edit some file and add vista sp2 in it.  You can search the solution on this forum if you have this problem.

  just need to do an update, while this method a bit worked, sometimes when I start I always get the beam forming the error.  It's just that it does more every time I switch between Tablet and computer laptop mode, which is better than nothing for now.
