When hearing software has been rewritten to be compatible with Macs as well as PC code for a large number of effects has been changed so that old AA 3 settings no longer works in the new CS or CC versions of Audition. I suspect that the only way to retrieve your belongings is to add in hearing CS6 and copy the settings * the eye of your AA 3 session manually.   I finally understood the general problem.

  When you perform a search remotely on a SLSB as a client, the server side send a proxy. When you use a method on the proxy, the server will use a random pool SLSB.

  When I was doing 2 successive calls on the client side, the pool side server was a size of a SLSB and I used the same SLSB with her own State. When I create SLSB 15 with 15 different thread, and subsequently, I search remote, the proxy will invoke one of the SLSB of the pool which is made of now several instances (in my case, 13). The SLSB used by search will be random among instances of pool-(13 in my case). The discussion has been resolved.

  Well, I think we found the repro steps now.  Looks like it is related to the high DPI scale.  Did someone who sees this problem under Windows to 100% / icon text scaling?

  I use BBMPlatformSession to send invitation.

  Now, If UserB sends request to UserC UserC joins, and each user is to have 2 members in the list of contacts of their session. , His work as expected.

  This looks like a problem with the session handling in your application. You can check to see if a session is already established with UserB before allowing the UserB join another session with UserC, or ask us for UserC to join your existing session. TicTacToe sample shows a logic similar to the former, it blocks the second user tries to join and sends a message if a game is already in progress.

• Problem with export OMF of AMC to the hearing

  I'm having a problem with my export to OMF of Avid Media Composer in Adobe Audition (CC). The problem occurs when I export two audio tracks that is from a camera (lets say that Canon c100), and they are separated from two mono tracks in Avid. When I open the OMF in hearing, there are always two mono tracks, but all the audio clips that came from the same video file and have the same name, are not copied correctly. One of the tracks is ok, but the second track is just a copy of the first. This means that I lose the audio that was on the second track (because it is replaced by the audio that was on the first track). I think it has something to do with the clips, basically with the same name. So far, I works around this problem by exporting two OMFs, one for each track, but it's uneeficient and stupid.

  Did someone encountered the same problem?

  No solution predictable hearing but if you want to send me a small test session (info at aatranslator dot com dot to the) I'm sure that LAOS would like to convert it properly. I realize that this does not solve your problem, but I'd certainly be interested to test.

• Sporadic problems with pdf through Citrix session

  We run Citrix XenApp 6.5 with the installed 15.10.20056 CD player.  Sporadically when we launch a PDF through our session, data will not show, but this is.  If you take the mouse and you're trying to highlight, it will then appear and be seen.  If this isn't the case, then the user does not know it is there.  This does not always happen however, and the text will appear without having to highlight something.  We have tried to disable scrolling smoothly and some other items made, but it doesn't seem to make a difference, unless there is a setting I'm missing somewhere?  Any ideas are appreciated.

• Multitrack playback / export question - problem with envelope

  I have an unusual problem with playback and export of my multitrack session.

  I have a track with dialogue and occasionally actor lines must have a deep, 'voice of the demon' fade gradually. For this I have applied an effect to the track and then automated, the 'Mix' envelope for the plugin that I use to create the voice deep.

  However, when I play back audio, the deep voice effect continues even if I spent the envelope mixture at 0. If I drag the playhead to the rear slightly and press play, when the playback head is directly above the effect, he plays well.   I thought it could just be a fluke with the reading, so I tried making the track. The same phenomenon occurs when I export the multitrack session, it does not take into account automation.

  So, I realized a work around.

  Instead of automate each effect on the same audio track, I created several buses, each bus with a plugin. I can automate the envelope for the composition of the bus and send each bus to the later bus and therefore have a channel for each effect. Tedious, but it works.

  Just a few defective plugins I guess, probably not the fault of the hearing.
