Applications of lack of blackBerry Smartphones

I hope someone can help me.  I did a security wipe on my phone and when I went to download the apps I bought they did not show in the list not installed on the BB app world.  When I try to download them again it wants me to buy again.  Anyone know how I can re - download them without having to pay a second time?

Hey jamcintyre,

You need to maybe just refresh the data in the app world. Inside of App World, hold the ALT key and type rstrst

This should bring all your apps back to My World.

KB28294-app is listed as uninstalled in the BlackBerry App world, once an update is complete...

Ok.. I got it, so you bought a provider online for personal use, right?

If Yes, then may be the unit you have purchased already has some strategies active COMPUTER that aims to prevent these applications or features. To remove all political IT from that device to first make a backup of your Contacts, etc. using BlackBerry Desktop Software.

Once you have your backup refer to this Knowledge Base and reset your device to factory setting:

KB31291  :   How to reset a BlackBerry smartphone to factory using BlackBerry Desktop Software settings.

Reseting your device as it will remove these COMPUTER strategies, but more importantly after a reset while restoring your backup does everything restore, perform a selective restoration which may include Contacts, notes, calendar etc. entries. If you perform a complete restoration then these strategies COMPUTER may return and you will have to repeat the whole process.

  • Applications of mystery of blackBerry Smartphones

I need help! Two applications appeared on my Blackberry. Skype and Slacker radio. I have NOT download these, and I can't delete them. Any suggestions on how they got there and how to get rid of them?

    NO, no, all, is unnecessary.

The applications are NOT installed on your BlackBerry. What you see is just only installation shortcuts, pushed to you by your carrier - Verizon.

If you want to install, click the icon and follow the prompts. If you do not, just leave them alone.

For the pushed same shortcuts, I just create a folder on my homescreen naming "Junk" and then move the icons in this folder (hover over the icon in question > Menu button > move to folder > undesirable).

Then, hide the record of entry. Place the cursor on the Junk folder > Menu > hide.

You can delete the corresponding service books that allow this icon, but Verizon will only push your device later.

    Welcome to the dalingers2000 forums

If your phone is upward, the first thing to try is a battery continuously:
    1. remove the battery while the phone is turned on
    2. wait a few seconds before inserting it again
    3. wait for the long end of the boot process (takes a few minutes usually)

This clears most of the software problems that occur on the BlackBerry from time to time. You can also use Quickpull, a free application that simulates a battery pull without removing the battery: http://software.crackberry.com/product.asp?id=27660
A battery pull gets lost when using the applications memory and clears minor software errors that creep over time. The blackberry is running an operating system just like your PC is running windows and battery pull is the equivalent of a reboot / restart your computer.

  • Application of unwanted BBM blackBerry Smartphones

I have received a request BBM from someone I don't know. I refused it and now I want to remove the application from the list of queries. I tried selecting 'ignore' and then by removing from the list of applications to ignore. I tried to delete my Inbox, but nothing helped. Any ideas?

Restart the BlackBerry... Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this way is prescirbed for most the gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

  • Cards lack of blackBerry Smartphones, can not download.

    Hello everyone,

I've been a happy user of 9700 for 1.5 months now. I didn't notice the icon BB maps in the menu. When I tried to install this BB site by sending me the download link, I get the message "your device does not respond to the requirements of the system...". ».

The situation is strange, as in 'options--> options--> cards' as default "BlackBerry Maps" service are selected.

Any suggestions how I can make the icon appears on the menu, if I can at least try to use the application?

My network is PL Orange, the phone was bought without brand.

    Best regards

    Piotr

OK, your provider on the device ID is 603; another some sellers share this code.

    603 territory/TMN Portugal/Trigcom/Netherlands Brightpoint/Optimus/Sonofon/Globul/Telenor Serbia/LuxGSM/Mobitel/Polkomtel/Siminn/Brightstar AZLAN UK/Telenor Norway/20:20 UK/Jersey Telecom/Telenor Hungary (Pannon) / cable/UK Brightpoint & wireless UK/Virgin Mobile UK/Tango/BT Mobile/Telenor Sweden/Italy/cable BT & Guernsey

And thanks for the correction on the access to the help... for some reason screen any I thoguht we were dealing with an Storm2 device... my mistake.

If your provider blocks the BBMaps.

Used also, mine (ATT), I installed app QuickLaunch, and he couldn't find BBMaps.

You can always try Google Maps... If you like.

I'd say create the user to communicate with its mobile service provider to verify that they are configured to BlackBerry Enterprise Service.

  • Lack of blackBerry Smartphones icon 'manage connections '.

    Hello

For some reason any the "manage connections" icon is missing from my BB menu.  I did a "view all", but it is not displayed anywhere.  The only way for me to get into this app is to assign the button on the right side to the application 'Manage connections' via the options "screen/keyboard.

No idea how to recover this icon on my menu?

    Thank you!

    1. look in EVERY folder on your device... Applications, instant messaging, downloads, etc.
If you don't see it still, look at the Options > advanced > Applications. Do you not see it listed there?

    2. it can be dependent on theme. What theme are you running? Try changing themes (options > themes) and see if you see the icon.

  • Applications for my 9310 blackBerry Smartphones

Can someone tell me why there are so limited the range of applications for my 9310 app World? Even so clearly, they work and are compatible with my particular model? Miss me many applications that I use to use a daily basis and I can not get the z10 now.

    Hello

App compatibility is a question of specific device model number, OS level, carrier and country. Every application developer should port their application to all combinations of those they choose to support... it's a lot of Portage, so many developers simply choose not to support all and rather choose some subsets they will support.

But it's the applications developers who make those choices. So if there are specific applications you want, your application would be best directed to the application developer to know if/when they will support your specific configuration. You can always find the contact information for developers on the catalog page AppWorld (best found using PC/browser and not being NOT connected to your BB ID).

    Good luck!

Is their an option to use that will let me know what the app running in the background, i.e. applications 3rd party, GPS, so now...  I feel the battery use incompatible with the use of compatible phones. I know how to check each of them separately... But was wondering if I can see in 1 list which is running and what does not work...

    Thank you

The app selector will show you the apps that are always included in the list of the app switch or running. Touch the BB and you will get a pop-up window of the maneuver of the app. Some may not be closed, 3rd party applications generally do not fall in this area, however.
