• Problem with the change in value of listbox event

  I have a problem with the help of Listbox value change event. The code that I have attached is a simplified version of the largest program, but the problem is the same. One of the loops of Nonna is responsible for handlig occurring events ant the other is responsible for the execution of the program. In the attached vi, I just show the current value of the listbox control. The problem is the event runs only once and then the program crashes. • problems with partitions - help please. [Hp dv6 2135sl]

  Hi all! So, I'm first of all I apologize for my English Italian.
  I bought a laptop HP dv6 2135sl with Windows 7 and I have a problem with the partitions.

  The partitions are all primary and the order is the sequent:
  C (450 F)
  tool HP (99MB)
  recovery (16GB)
  Sistem (199 MB)

  I would decrease C up to 50 GB and create two other partitions: J (programs 150 GB) and K (250GB of data). Is this possible? I realized that I have to change one of the 4 partitions in scope. What is the best? (Partition Wizard report an error: "no free slots of MBR"). Can I still use PM or I need something else?

  PS: Cannot use Acronis (not supprt W7) and if it's possible I won't use Gparted because I'm a noob; )

  I found a solution:

  I used the tool of W7 to handle the drive. I have create a 270 GB partition (the maximum allowed this program), then the disk was converted from basic in dinamic one disk. I opened the Partition Wizard, I turned the disc in the base. As if by magic, I found recovery logical (previously primary). Now I am able to create the partition n!

• problem with audio - urgent please

  I'm totally new to adobe first,

  I have an urgent project that I have at the end, when I insert vedio mp4 to the time line, it appears normally as audio and video online of the time, when I try to insert another video appears in the timeline without audio!

  I had a new project, mp4 files inserted, it appeared normally aud & vid and then inserted another, also has of worked, third appeared in the timeline without audio! I removed all of the time line and began to insert the files again, but each of them appeared without aud, even the 1st two vid that were functioning normally before.

  Go to Edit/Preferences/Media and select medium in its own cache. I was thinking maybe it has something to do with standardized audio files, they must be provisioned when you clean the cache, I think at least.

  I guess you can try and reinstall, wouldn't hurt...

• Digital art, files of large multi layers and increasing problems with Photoshop - advice please!

  Hi all

  I am a digital artist, who does about 90% of his work in Photoshop. However the gel, crash at launch and at the exit of RAM reviews (even on opening 1 small file) have become more frequent until this week I can't work at all.

  Records of work because they are implemented today:

  (1) 1928.11 GB (external)

  (2) GB 2560.76 (external)

  (3) F 286.17

  (4) 40.49 GB (boot)

  Although a lot of arrangement of these discs have all failed.

  It is not uncommon for me to work on the art that has 40 + layers in a document of 300 dpi (the 750MO PSD file size) 18 x 18 inches. (Even this does not end where JPG size for some of the clothing I hope to do my job). Again, for a year or two I did not seem to have any real problem with the files of this size. Originally, I was with WIN 8.1/Photoshop CS6. But the crash. Gel and off RAM review has progressed to the point that I had to stop and restart everything several times per hour often lose work - always lose time and focus.

  I have a specific computer for design only, so I have other things running while I'm working. My stuff of protection antivirus is up-to-date.

  3 weeks ago, I upgraded to Windows 10 and went ahead (despite having the full Creative Suite CS6 on expensive Disk) and a subscription that I can not afford for Photoshop CC. I want to get some relief from frequent problems. I don't have. The problems have got only worse/more frequent. I can only do one or two little thing in any given job. So, I have to stop or lose my job. This morning, I can not open a 47 MB file and a picture of 24 MB to bring it.

  As a bonus, since the "revaluation" of CC Adobe married now often hold for 10 to 30 seconds when scrolling. This has never been a problem in the past.

  I purge. I rearrange "scratch disks". I keep a historic minimum (4) States... All the things recommended in all of these items online on this seemingly common problem with Photoshop. I want it to work. I am not a technophile and feel like I have to return to college for a degree computer SCIENCE or art my work/income - in total. I am also very aware, it can just some obvious problem my artsy, non-tech brain does not see, so hopefully someone here can help you.

  Example: showing why so many layers are needed. Often much needed individual 'twisted' once again towards the end of the design work, so cant more be combined while I add them in.

  In clear simple any help would be greatly appreciated - single to the top of the preferences for the way I work in...

  Windows 10 - 32 bits, and that is the problem.

  A 32-bit operating system can use 3.76 GB of ram no matter how much you have, simple math - 2 ^ 32 = 4,294,967,296 bytes 4294967296 / (1 024 x 1 024) = 4 096 MB = 4 GB

  Solution to your problem - reinstall 10 64-bit Windows.

• weird problem with new screen, please help

  I hope someone can help. I am using windows 7 Home premium and I hope it is a simple solution that someone has met before. It's just that I don't know how to describe it so can't type into google to find an answer.

  This happens in all programs, Firefox, ms word Opera, basically any window I opened. The bar menu at the top of the screen is a transparent white color and everything works well, but after 50 or 60 seconds, it turns into a transparent, I can still read the Word editing, display etc. file. This is where the scroll wheel on the mouse and what I'm typing stops working. When I type something with the mounted volume, all I hear is a single beep whenever I tap on a button, but nothing is actually typed. Now, all I have to do is click anywhere in the window and it works again, but only for 50-60 seconds. I had to click on the screen twice since I started typing this because when I look at the screen, everything I typed is not there because the menu bar's transparent again while I was typing. Its driving me crazy.

  I don't remember what is a problem before, if it was I would have surely noticed. The only thing that has changed is I had been using my 32 LCD TV as a screen for a long time, but I moved and did not bring my TV with me, so I use the PC came with the computer screen. It's a PC I bought my sister a few years ago so I never used the PC screen that comes with it so don't know if it happened when she or what, she has, she can remember either. I have a updated driver, did not work. Changes the settings in customize and cannot do it helped either.

• Problem with the change of location of the folder on the desktop (Windows 7)

  Hi all, I have windows 7 Home Premium and changed my location on the desktop of \desktop c:\users\ (user) on my drive d: since my c: drive was getting full (for that I click with the right button on the back of my office and I changed my location).  However, the system has simply dumped all my files and Office files in the root directory d:\, without creating a new folder on the desktop, which is what I thought was going to happen.

  To resolve this problem, I want to transfer all my files + folders office to a dedicated folder d:\desktop but found I can't since now there is now no desktop as folder! (catch-22).  I entered the \links c:\users\ (user) file and changed the objective of the Office in d:\desktop instead of d:\, but it has no effect! My office target is always the root directory. How can I change this?  I hope you can help!  David

  Go to libraries, do a right click on desktop, cut, and then paste it on the other drive. The wonders of windows 7 will automatically record anything he puts on the desktop for now :)

• Problems with Photomerge - HELP Please!

  Hi everyone - I really hope you can help me here. I am trying to create a composite image along several other images. Sounds like a panorama, no? Well well, close, but not exactly. My photos (I'm a marine biologist) are of the ocean floor and all images have a chain or transect tape measure in them. The photos are taken separate images along the string or Ribbon, and now I'm trying to merge them into a single image of long who has the length of the Strip or the string through it. When the pictures were taken there is a lot of overlap (we usually look for a feature like a big sponge or something to include and use as a reference point).

  The problems I run into when I use photomerge are:

  (1) it is not merge all of them into a series, but gives me up to four "fixed" on a background

  (2) I don't know how to move the images around me for the best alignment (in some cases, its perfect, in many others, not so much)

  So, I can add them a facility in time? Can I move the images for the best alignment? Can I use the photomerge automated at all?

  Suggestions please! This chapter of my doctoral thesis little depends on it! Thank you!

  Looks like the algorithm has enough to work with. The general rule is that you need 40% between individual frames.

  And you need distinct features. Sand or mud will probably not work.

  I try to manually align in a first time - just stack them, reduce the opacity as needed and use the move tool or move with the arrow keys. The trick is to move, then go to Image > reveal all to extend the canvas as you go. Double-click the base layer to turn it into a floating layer, so that you do not get the solid background color on the extended canvas. Return all the opacities to 100%.

  This could help first "horizontalize" (Yes, it's a neologism) the rule in each image.

  Once you have essentially set up, make a copy and try editing > automatic alignment. This is the first step in the Photomerge script. If it works, run automatic merging - this is the second and last step.

  If automatic alignment does not work, you will need to finish manually. But you can still run the auto-merge to merge.

• Problem with the change of a 'State' the substitution of one break of the chronology of the objects

  Here is my setup: I have a single slide for learning select 9 melodies 'text buttons' to view 9 different definitions.  To do this, I set myself to each buttons to change the "State" of the original image for the introduction of a 'legend of text' containing the definition of that label of buttons.  I also three navigation buttons (output, back and next; button_19 _20 & _21) with breaks built into the end of the timeline. coinciding with the end of the audio narration for this slide.

  Here's my problem: the calendar runs and stops as it should until the learner chooses one of the 'text' buttons after that the timeline is suspended; how it seems to send a command to "continue" and substitutes at the break, and brings the learner to the next slide.

  This has something to do with the function "States"?  I used to do exactly the same thing in Cap 7 with stocks advanced without any problem.

• Problem with find/change GREP

  Hi, try to run by default find/replace InDesign AppleScript script to solve many formatting problems in a large document. One of them is occurences of a two-digit dollar figure followed by a comma (eg. "$ 10") that needs to be changed to have no comma.

  Use GREP I can pick it up by searching for "\$\d\d", but when I replace it with '\$\d\d' I get the string "\$\d\d". IE. "$ 10" becomes "\$\d\d" instead of "$ 10." I'm misunderstanding how works the part 'change' grep? Can someone advise?

  FYI the line in the search/replace support .txt doc is:

  {find what: "-\\d\\d$,"}

  {change to: "\\$\\d\\d"}

  {include notes: true, include master pages: true include hidden layers: true, any word: false}

  Remove commas after the price.

  .. What includes the extra backslashes to escape the backslash which are part of the GREP expression.

  Each user IDM has a deferred task as shown below. The requirement is to change the value "Date" to set the time as 23:59:59.00Z.
