  In order to correct the high CPU usage, disable audio enhancements addressed by the file audiodg.exe. To disable the audio improvements, follow these steps:
  a. right click on the speaker in the lower corner icon right.

  b. Select the playback device from the menu. A list of devices should appear on the screen.

  c. double-click the device that has a green check mark. The properties for the device windows should open.

  d. click the improvements at the top.

  e. in the list of improvements, uncheck all the, or check Disable all improvements.

  f. click on the OK button to save your changes and close the window.

  g. click OK to close the devices window of reading.

  I would also say that you use resource monitor to monitor the CPU usage.

  Resource monitor is a tool that allows you to analyze the use of the CPU, disk, network, and memory in real time.

  You can use the performance tab in the Manager of tasks to see how the CPU of your computer is used by Windows and other programs running on your computer.

  I have a problem with youtube and other video sites:

  Everything is up-to-date (flash, FF, my plug ins.) but I get crashes when loading the video. I can hear the sound but I see only the first frame of the video.

  I've reinstalled flash/firefox or tried updating them again for about 4 times now and my cookies/cache has also been errased which i usually don't do. If i enter FF's safe mode it also freezes.
  

  I hope someone can help, I looked for answers on google before and I tried everything I saw, but it did not help.

  I had the same problem, I uninstalled the plugin Flash player (Adobe Flash Player 11.0.1 152) and the problem is solved. I installed the plug-in again and the problem came back. So right now I have no flas Player liked-in, but I don't have too much problem. I hope that I will not find another problem, but it seems that everything is OK.

  Not sure what has happened to the guy, but it works fine now. Am really frustrated with it tbh just left and falling, but all back to normal. Thanks for all the help and advice without worrying, much appreciated.

  Recently, my Flash has been acting generally weird. I can't view some flash videos, although youtube works, and Flash is not allowing me to define Web sites to store data, it is impossible to use many flash-dependent Web sites. When I try to solve this problem with the Flash Global Settings Manager, it simply does not save my choice and do not let me even click on the "Allow third-party content Flash to store data on your computer", which is what I need to fix it. In addition, even if I do that I'm connected, whenever I have navigate to Global Security Settings page, it seems to disconnect me. Any help for Flash to save my settings, or why the videos do not work in Chrome?

  Try the following

  • Close all browser windows and open Windows Explorer
  • in the address bar type%appdata%\Adobe
  • Remove the 'Flash Player' folder in there
  • in the address bar type%appdata%\Macromedia
  • Remove the 'Flash Player' folder in there

  Now, try again to change the settings of the Flash Player.

• "a network error has occurred" problem with YouTube

  For the last few days (since the last update), I had the problem "a network error occurred" with YouTube. It affects when I try to access my youtube account stuff (subscriptions, my own videos, etc.).

  I use a Macbook Pro 2015 Yosemite 10.10.5. My 9.0.2 Safari can't load Youtube pages for some reason any. No picture, no nothing. I tested it on Chrome, and the page loads fine. But now, youtube is unusable in Safari. I have tried enough what is standard. Cleared cookies and history, deleted data from site, clear cache, stop/restart safari, restarted my mac, but nothing seems to work. All of a sudden it started to arrive a few hours ago.   The YouTube in Adobe Captivate widget has stopped loading videos and display in the browser.   You search this forum, you will notice quite a few other discussions related to display YouTube videos with this widget in particular.  It seems that YouTube changed something on their end that now breaks video display in any Captivate project that was based on the YouTube widget.

  I suggest that you look at the other threads on the same topic.  Some Captivate developers report that they can still view their YouTube videos by replacing the YouTube widget with a Web Captivate object that points to the same video.  But this means that you need to open files CPTX of all affected projects and edit slides using the YouTube widget, then republish and redeploy the content.  If you have a lot of projects that use the YouTube widget then the resolution of the problem is gong to be a bear to the difficulty.
