  Did you of recent changes made to your computer?

  We will reinstall the internal keyboard drivers and check.
  
  a. click Start, type Control Panel in the search box, press enter, click System, click Device Manager, click on keyboard.
  b. you should find the internal keyboard part as well as any external keyboard used.
  c. right-click on the keyboard integrated in the list, click on uninstall.
  d. unplug the external keyboard.
  e. restart the computer and check if the keyboard internal works.

  Since the external USB keyboard works, if drivers did not fix the internal keyboard problem, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer to check if there is a hardware problem.

  I have a Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 6000. It gives also a part number, but it is not the identification of driver download.

  Go to http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/d/wireless-keyboard-6000
  Enter your operating system and download the drivers if you have 32-bit or 64-bit.

  Then go to the section of the mouse.

  They do not list the mouse or the keyboard, based on part number but the name. Return your Microsoft keyboard and mouse and get the exact name of your hardware.

• HP ProBook s 4540: HP ProBook s 4540 - keyboard replacement - advise

  Have a 4540 s HP from my neighbor who dumped some broth on the keyboard.  The P and O do not work, the K - L -:- and space sometimes work, are sometimes stuck in down position.  At this stage, it is virtually unusable.

  The serial number is 2CE338382Z and the Code of Prod C9K7OUT #ABA.  The insignia claims that it sports an Intel's I3.

  So, I see videos here describing how to remove and replace the keyboard.  It does not seem too complicated for me - I'm ready to take the plunge.  If someone has done this before, you have some tips on where are the land mines?  Or is it pretty much direct?

  And where exactly I think the correct keyboard replacement part?  What I have to disassemble the unit first and look at a part No. on the entire keyboard?  Can't seem to locate the function parts here.  Can someone link me please?

  I'm in the debugger and use the search function to find a definition of the function by pressing ctrl + d. I select the function definition.
  It works great so far, but the focus of the cursor is always in the search window. In general, I now want to set the focus on the source pane (so I can scroll, set breakpoints, etc.). However, I can't find a shortcut to the source window. Y at - it a shortcut or other quick way without using the mouse?

  I improve my Logic Pro X 10.2 earlier this week to 10.2.1. Since then, I get this message on the upper right of the screen: "Please select preset 1 AKAI MPK25 keyboard." Does anyone else get this message? What it means? I never got this message on 10.2 front.

  Im guessing it needs you to reset the settings correctly. (Maybe the midi channel for example, is undefined at 1 Chan)

  Just a quick warning to those of you in the UK, looking to buy new «Magic Keyboard» Apple I bought one yesterday from John Lewis while he was covered in their guarantee of two years rather than one year Apple warranty. However, on opening the box, I found that the "pound" sign has magically disappeared from the keyboard (with 'euro' adjacent sign). Pressing Shift - 3 always puts me the "pound" sign, but surely to 79GBP Apple might at least splashed by on some buttons with our currency printed on them? The photo of the top is on the keyboard that apple wants to sell to the United Kingdom, while the bottom photo is what they are actually selling. Very misleading.

  

  Have you had a chance to ask the people of John Lewis they were aware of this discrepancy.   Problem is that if it's a keyboard of Magic 2 and can only be used with El Capitan (10.11.1) it is possible that it is the way they are made these days.   There is a potential saving in the manufacturing sector of not having to do different keyboards for countries with the same language, just because they have different currencies.
