I sold a lot of 32 HP ProBook 6560 b and HP Compaq Pro 6200 microtours and all machines have disappeared, but the customer called and said that they cannot pass the BIOS password. My company has not set a BIOS password, so I don't know how he can go around or where to reset. The customer is in Canada, so I can't physically touch the machines, but I would like to help if possible. The BIOS password can be reset?
