I need a solution!  Help, please!

Thank you!!

Hello Robin,.

Thanks for posting your question on the Forum of the Microsoft community.

I understand how it could be frustrating when things do not work as expected. Please, I beg you, don't worry I'll try my best to resolve the issue.

I would like to know some information about the problem so that we can help you further.

1. have you tried to check the number on the other browser?

2 what anti-virus is installed on the computer?

3 face a similar problem on another site?

Method 1: Try to reset internet explore and check the number.

Change or reset Internet Explorer settings

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Internet-Explorer/reset-IE-settings#IE=ie-11

Warning: The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might reset security settings or privacy settings that you have added to the list of Trusted Sites. Reset the Internet Explorer settings can also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the reset Internet Explorer settings. Reset Internet Explorer is not reversible, and all the previous settings are lost after reset.

Method 2: If the problem does not solve try disabling add-ons and check the issue.

Add - ons are apps that Internet Explorer uses to interact with the content of web videos and games. Toolbars and extensions are also types of modules. Some common modules are Adobe Flash, Quicktime and Silverlight. Several add-ons are pre-installed in Internet Explorer, but most must be downloaded from the Internet. Add-ons - usually require that you give your permission before they are installed on your computer. However, some could be installed without your knowledge. This can happen if the add-on was part of another program that you have installed.

Manage Add-ons in Internet Explorer

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Internet-Explorer/Manage-Add-ons#IE=ie-11-win-7

If the problem does not occur after that disabling modules try to activate add - ons one by one and check the issue.

Hope this information is helpful and let us know if you need more assistance. We will be happy to help you.

Thank you.

    Hi guys,.

I had following problem and impossible to find a clue that can move me somewhere.

A customer has a jabber Cisco 10.5 deployed and integrated with Active Directory.

Every day, customers are initializing requests of sends customers jabber with phone numbers against the AD domain controller (these figures are not the contactlists - personal or company) and as there is that much more of this question in a moment the utillization of the announcement is almost 100%, which also makes the problem with the connection in outlook (is also integrated with the Cisco Jabber for windows)

I searched the Web for tips but have not found anything.

    My questions are:

The data for Outlook Personal AddressBook starting the Jabber questioned via Jabber Localy or domain controller?

What is the process of starting the Jabber for Windows on the integration of directories?

Is this a normal behavior of jabber?

    #####################################################################

Here is the configuration of the config.xml file - jabber (passswords and areas are changed):

          BDI
            AD
            AD-IP address

    Field of presence
               389
DC = presence, DC = domain
           Username
            Password
            Fake
            True

    ###########################################################

    Hello

Jabber will not interview contact Outlook address book DC until a manual search is made.

Also default contact jabber, the domain controller for the windows PC host.

Each time that you enter at least 3 characters (default for search), jabber first find cached contacts, then outlook address book and then search the directory.

The attached config file is BDI type ie. for MAC computers, it will not take effect in windows PC.

    less than low disk space,

What seems to be the case, it's that your windows is having a hard time resize its file for virtual memory.

my suggestion is to remove "auto" at that time, and then set a custom format.

I recommend that you set the initial size of 2 and max at 1152.

  • Windows Mobile Device host process for Windows Services farm...

    Greetings...

I used my iPaq for years with several versions of Windows up to Vista x 64 final, with Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1. But now when I plug it into a USB Port it does not connect. Shortly after plugging in I get the message: "Peocess host for Windows Services stopped working and was closed. If I reboot or try another port, I could see a new driver installation message, but the result is the same.

    I tried:

    1 reset

2 system restore to a time where the iPaq connected

    3. delete the partnership (a new partnership can now be launched because Windows does not connect to the device)

    4. to install the latest Windows Mobile device driver x 64 (6.1 I think)

5 install the latest Windows updates

So, what did you do to my system to stop what was working? Please advise me on how I could fix your Windows error?

    Thank you very much

    Kenneth Spencer

OK chaps... I'm afraid to say that the support system missed me at this opportunity.

However, I am happy to say that I solved the problem after spending several hours on the subject. What have I done? I did a soft reset on the iPaq and hey presto, it connects now.

I was invited to do the soft reset because I noticed that ActiveSync on the iPaq couldn't be started. I tried to verify the boot parameters, but as it would not start, I could not see, and still less set.

So for the MVP: I suggest that next time arises a question about the failure of the connection for an iPaq, or the host process to crash when it is plugged in, you should firsat suggest a soft reset of the iPaq.

    Thank you very much

Hello. I recently had to reinstall windows vista on my computer. Everything works well except that I continue to have problems with the audio. When I play youtube videos or to make Skype calls, that the sound disappears and I get the message "Windows Audio has stopped working" immediately followed by the message "host process for windows services stopped working." • «Get the message at startup...» "Host process for Windows Services has stopped"... and sometimes losing his

I started getting a message every time I boot my laptop Compaq Presario CQ60. Message is "host process for Windows Services has stopped". My speaked symbol now has a red cross I've ever had before. When it turns off I often have not all sounds. I have a feeling that this has happened after an automatic update. I did a system restore, but this does not solve the problem. It's the sound that is most annoying that I never know when or where I will not have it. I hope someone can help

Try to perform a clean boot in an attempt to determine the cause of the error at startup:

I have spent a week on this problem, looking all over the internet and doubt that someone knows enough to solve this problem. I've been a software engineer for 30 years and never worked on an operating system such as buggy windows Vista (or windows)

    Windows Update always fails.

    Hey Joe,

I see that you have updated your drivers.

Have you updated your chipset for this PC drivers?

Are you overclocking PC or running a RAID configuration?

I suggest to remove all external devices during the diagnostic process, except the keyboard, mouse and monitor.

If you think this error is with IE, you can try running it without Add - ons.

Alternatively, you can try to reset the Internet Explorer settings.
