Hello, I recently renewed my subscription for 1 year. When I log in, I get a warning telling me that my product will expire in 2 days. I'm on big date limited and would not have problems this weekend. Is the normal warning, even though my account information shows that I have made a payment, a few days ago?

You can find more info on theissueto this web page.
First of all, look at the serial number of your camera. If the first two digits of the number are "01" or "02", then it is possible that your camera has the problem. If this is not the case, there should be no problem. If yours has a serial number inside these ranges, search for the "black dot", indicating that it's been fixed inside the battery compartment (as shown in the above web page).
If you don't see the black spot... or simply want to confirm that it is correct...
1. turn the camera on, remove the lens and put the camera in the sensor cleaning mode (in menus). This raises the mirror of the road and opens the shutter, so you can see the sensor. You need to visually inspect a light and a magnifying glass magnification. Be sure not to touch anything there or get dust/dirt inside the camera while making this inspection. When finished, turn off the camera you wish to cancel the cleaning mode.
2. Alternatively, or to double check, take just a few photos with the camera tests. Turn off voltage auto focus and defocus the goal. Set the aperture of the lens to f22 (you will need to use the mode to manual exposure or Av for that... other modes will force you to use other openings of the lens) and then one or more shots of something really simple, like a clear blue sky or a simple white wall. Inspect the test closely shots on your computer, looking for black spots.
You should not need to send the camera, unless you find a problem.

Version of the product and the Expiration Date
I just created and imported a file of 1000 products product only to find out that I can't import a product release-date of expiration.
I have to manually set a version and the date limit for each product?
There is no work around?
The catalog import file has release and expiration dates. What's more to ride the release and product expiration dates?
Seems another limitation of ecommerce and inconsistency between the products and catalogs.
Any ideas appreciated graciously

It is correct, you can set output/expiration for catalog import dates but not for products that will have to be applied manually at this stage.

Transfer XP to new hard drive.
My old computer has 20 GB hard drive with Windows XP installed in the store. Install the new 320 GB drive. How can I transfer XP to new hard drive? It is a legal registered copy of XP & I have the product key but not the disks.

Menu of the missing audio books
The menu on my new Clip + shows not all records, but the music and I can't play my audio books. I looked online user menual and although she mentions audio settings, I don't know how to get the menu to list books. I am SO sick of buying products that do not work natively. Any criticism I've read didn't mention; I don't think they actually use the products they review, as weaknesses in product monitoring is common. Ranting because I'm TIRED OF CE CRACHER.
In any case, can someone please tell me how to access my audio book?
The choice of menu audiobook and podcast are submenus in the menu music. Don't ask me why Sandisk programmers think that audio books and podcasts are genres of music. :-) IMO these should have their own choice of menu in the main menu.

Buy an external USB disk and use the a next Image backup software. If you do regular backups before installing new software or a Windows Update, it can be a life saver when it come to the recovery of a computer unbootable plu.

It depends on several factors (what version of Vista for which version of Windows 7 or from 32-bit to 64-bit). Dual boot Vista, Vista or Vista + Windows 7 systems also present unique challenges.
In any case you should always make a backup Image of Vista (for an external USB disk) before you start, as you say you have a lot of data, you can not lose.

PE2950/AX150 LUN visible but no device
Hi all, we have just bought a PE29250, with a card QLE220 FC and a Brocade 200E switch everything from Dell UK. His running CentOS 5 with the latest kernel and drivers QLogic the AX150 has been configured with 2 diskpools and 6 virtual disks and the server registered with Navisphere. The AX150 is connected to ports 0 & 4 with the PE2950 in port 1. Standard Zonining is used on the switch. The server can see all LUNS via the two paths BUT cannot see/detect all devices other than those for the PERC controller shipped even after a ramdisk and restart reconstruction. Is there something that I am missing??
