  The basis of the record that you have seen inside the disc, you saved your footage in [VR mode]. The DVD_RTAV folder that you found inside the disc is indeed the folder that contains your images, and you can go ahead and copy the contents of this folder. The more you can do with these files is to find a software that will be able to read. It is not possible to change them on a computer.

  To ensure that you will not work in this problem next time, please save your videos in the standard [MOVIE mode] instead of [VR mode]. Once you have done so, you will find your images in a folder named [VIDEO_TS], and you will be able to copy and modify these files.

• Problem with Sony 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 lens

  I had this problem for awhile now, whenever I turn on the camera (Sony a5000) with the 16-50mm lens, the will of the right lens extend and retract endlessly with the goal of opening and closing the shutter. The extension and retractable stops after 5 seconds or more and I am displays the error message 'unrecognized Lens. Please reinstall lens. "I also noticed an unevenness of the lens when it is completely retracted. one side of the lens is higher than the other side. • Problems with Sony Handicams

  I have the first Pro Creative Suite 5.5. My problem is that I use two different Handicams from Sony, the HDR-SR12 and HDR-XR260. When I import the clips, the HDR-XR260 (new model), looks very good. But when I drag the clips for the HDR-SR12, the framework is very small, with black that surrounds the entire image. • CS5 Capture problem with SONY HVR - M15U FW800 and pre-roll

  Well, so I'm running with first CS5 on a MacPro4, 1 (2.26 GHz 8 Core Intel) with the GTX 285 card. I'm saving my money for the AJA cards, but so far, I use my trusty bridge MVR-M15U of SONY HDV via FireWire 800. It has served me well in Final Cut for the last two years, but with the first, it is as if he cannot capture anything.

  The problem is that, while the bridge is put in position for the pre-roll advertising, it's like he can not figure out how to slow down the advancement of the image and he tries constantly to make fast forward position and at the point where the band stops, he drove past that 10, 15 or even 20 second pre-roll position.   The problem is that all tape based cameras and bridges ONLY use FW400. There are no cameras or decks with FW800 anywhere in this galaxy, or nearby.

  Your technician had visited, after checking the TV, said that the Group of experts has replaced. IAM shocked to hear this.
  I have introduced this TV on June 30, 2011, its been about 2 years and 1 month now. How is it the display panel went after a short period.
  Service engg took all the details and the picture of the invoice, warranty and left by saying that these details will be sent to Sony for replacement. And I heard no comments, the response from Sony. Please help me here to get the replaced Panel.

  Whenever I play a song in the music/Walkman app that he chops off the coast of the last seconds of the song. It's quite embarrassing if the song is not melted at the end.

  I have an Inspiron 9100 with the player above. Everytime I put a dvd it tells me to insert a disk. I'm trying to load a game on dvd, but without success. I ran the Diagnostics and all past. When I insert the game disc and run it I get a message that I need to insert a disc with digital information about IE. a game or something. Can anyone help please. BTW, it runs fine from cd.

• NO sound when recording Audio - problems with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

  I got in trouble for almost a year now with NO sound when recording Audio with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I just found this forum today. It's really weird how recording with windows and other sound recorder works perfectly since 1998 or so until the upgrade to win 7. Now every time I try to record it shows no found recording device or just fails to record any sound. As you'll see below I have activated What U Hear so I can use the system recording features sounds.

  I use the functions of audio recording and pdf reader because I'm legally blind. It is one of the few tools that I could use with ease on all my systems windows for many years.

  A similar question has started happening with nvidia graphics cards. AND... I was led to believe that it was a problem with Sony wanting more strong piracy measures built into windows. Am I correct to assume that this is what is happening with the sound also today or is there a solution to this frustrating problem?

  I run a dxdiag & posted that, according to me, you asked another user on the forum, the same or similar problem.

  Help solve this problem would be greatly appreciated as this has been a problem for quite a while now.

• Sony XBR-55X850D audio sync problem with Xbox One S

  Recently bought a new Sony X850D 55 '' TV, it's my 3rd Sony TV the past 10 years, and the first I had a problem with.

  I use the TV mostly for games on my Xbox One S, but have found that there is some dramatic audio synchronization problems. The sound coming out behind what is displayed on the screen (IE. Close door, sound audible is later). Xbox is connected to the TV via HDMI to input 1. I also have a bar of his (CT380) connected via HDMI output HDMI-4 ARC.

  I tried with and without the Soundbar without result. 3 different cords HDMI do nothing. Using my old Xbox One compared to the new One S has no difference. Question was not present on my old Sony TV. Tried with ClearAudio on and out, no change. I can't find all the parameters of sound synchronization in both of the TV, bar, or Xbox.

  I could solve my problem using HDMI from the Xbox to the sound bar HDMI then another sound to the TV bar.

• Problem with the Sony Bravia KLV-32T550A color

  My Sony Bravia KLV-32T550A (Serial No. 6165091) which is about one and a half years began to have problems with color.
