  Recently got a new laptop for my birthday. It is a Satellite L650-108 (. spec below) with all installed Toshiba software. The problem I have is however with the program of Information products online. He is to come with the little bubble notification every 5-10 minutes, or if there is new information. By clicking on this bubble opens the program, and it shows a title of addendum, with a subtitle of Market Research Database below. By clicking on Addedndums of show/hide button MRD but clicking the DSM has absolutely nothing. I close the window, and the bubble will appear another 5-10 minutes later, saying: there is new information to consider, but it shows the same thing every time.

  I don't want to uninstall the program or turn off all notifications of when new information can be discerned at some point, I just want to be able to see this one piece of information to stop the pop-up. Any suggestions?

  In General, I disable these applications after the first start.
  Of course you can leave it running from time to time and see if there is some important info.

  What you can do is go into the settings and disable the option start when the operating system starts. After that, it will not work in the background and you can start it manually when you want to.
