  Does not quite work this. Setup, I need is for someone to the United Kingdom to be able to call my Skype UK number and one to be automatically transmitted / redirect to my international mobile number.

  The reason is that if I don't reply on my number Skype the quality is too poor (via VOIP) and I don't want to call my international number directly (because of cost)

  So my question is, if I send my number to my international mobile Skype then is the call (between the callers mobile UK and my international mobile) now on mobile networks instead of the data.

  So I have reason to assume that the appellant would be charged the normal rate to the United Kingdom and I would be charged the rate of Skype calls?

  When people call me Skype or a landline, I see and hear the same indication of an incoming call that I've always seen and heard. But unless Skype is the active application, Skype I am already in a call and sends an incoming call to voicemail in less than half a second, which of course is usually too fast for me to switch to Skype and answer the call. I checked my status, and it is online when this happens (I never set it to busy). I have never changed my call settings. They tell even Skype give me ten seconds to answer before sending people to your voicemail.

  I am running version 7.0.0.102, auto-updated. It looks like this bug started when they come out of the UI is radically different, whenever it is, a month or two before.

  I went back to version 5.10.0.116 as for versions 6 and upwards, I can't talk. After about a minute of a call, I hear others without a problem, but they can not hear me or hear me in staccato (and it's the same for calls to Skype-to-Skype and Skype for phone calls).   I understand that you are having problems with your new computer running Windows 8.1 where the audio is automatically inhibition. I'm you provide a document from HP support: use of the Recovery Manager to restore the software and drivers (Windows 8), which allows you to restore the original supplied with your computer drivers.
