• How display/change registration information.

  So I am about to sell my HP. I intend running a program like DBAN on the HARD drive, then using the recovery disk to restore.  Once the installation is complete and just before starting the operating system for the first time (I used front dics), you can register your computer.   The pop up is usually run as a scheduled task, so open windows control panel, open administrative tools, and open Task Scheduler.  Click once on the Task Scheduler Library to highlight and look for an entry called "Webreg".  Left-click this time to highlight it, then right click and select Disable.  Restart the computer for the change to take effect.

• Live CS allows sign in, but not for the product registration

  I installed on my computer CS5.5.  When I open InDesign I can sign in to CS live. I entered the serial number CS5.5 when configuring the Master collection software. If go to the tab support in InDesign, I got the product registration and get invited him to enter my ID Adobe, even if I am connected successfully in CS live. I get my Adobe Id email and password. Then a pop up box says "thank you... could not start your Adobe CS live subscription, try again later". I checked the live tab in CS and he greets me by name, so I seem to be signed in.   Hello everyone, I'm new here & I was wondering how to use "Dell product registration" which shows in my new office.

  Its an Inspiron I5 620 2320. When I click on it in the menu start it says "Send Info" then in the box ' preparation for registration appears but nothing happens after waiting. Should not register my new PC for warranty etc. This is my 2nd Dell desktop. I think that I had a page on my other PC when I bought this one.

  If you bought the computer online on our Web site, it is not necessary to register the product as it will be already saved. If you purchased the product in a store selling at retail, then you can register to the www.dell.com/register product.

• New WMP won't apply media information changes

  New Win 7 PC with WMP preinstalled with the operating system. It is not picking up a lot of files so I try under organize > apply media information changes (after appropriate libraries to manage information).  I tried this several times now after restart PC, 'Apply changes' opens but nothing happens, it gets stuck at 0%, even when I left it open for 12 hours >.

  I'd like to just uninstall and reinstall everything, but as a part of the operating system, which does not seem possible.  (And I'd really love reinstall WMP that comes with Vista because it is better).
