  When you type information in a form in the DC or Pro Player I can enter text with fields of text etc and then save, close and return later to change the form. However once I use the function "Fill & Sign" to sign the document, and then save, it locks the file and all other fields become editable. Is there a way around this to remove this feature where it becomes locked and instead allows me to change the form after a signature is applied and saved. All the security properties of the form are on 'admitted', there is no restriction. Even though the document is locked all the properties remain still as 'authorized '.

  The signing is FINAL.  You cannot sign a PDF paper advance. Complete and save, do not sign.

  I have a requirement where I need to do a status check on the value of the "State of the user", if it is 'Active' or ' disabled up to that Start Date "so I need to make checkbox enabled in the form of commissioning by commissioning.

  I tried different ways as

  1 adapter to fill before you create and compare the values of the user state

  2 assign the adapter under prepopulate tab in the Forms Designer, and the field is set as "boolean" and in the field of the type: tcCheckBox

  1. write Java code where the method reads the value of user state and returns true/false.

  Still no luck.

  Can someone guide me how to solve

  The issue has been resolved. Here's the process I followed

  1. create a process task which will take input that the status of the user and returns the value 1 or 0

  2. create the process task for updated field using the map above

  3. map this process task in response to the user to create and update user

  4. Add the process task to triggers.

  I'm trying to provide a resource using the IOM API, which I am able to do successfully, but I also have a requirement to update the shape of a CSV file process. When I try to read and update CSV, it cancels the values populated pre-fill adapters even when they are not provided by the WB.
  
  Here's the logic I used:
  
  (1) read the CSV data
  (2) user of MSN search
  (3) resources available
  (4) treat the value form data after reading process values form a CSV.
  
  As soon as the data of the form process set the task runs, it updates the other fields (i.e. which are not provided by CSV) with a null value.
  
  Please let me know if there is another way that I can put a few of the fields in the CSV process form without destroying the remaining values.

  I hope that you send only a few attributes in your card, not all of the attribute (attributes that were part of prepopulate).

  If so, it should not happen.

  Workaround solution:

  You have processInstanceKey
  Retrieve existing data in the form getProcessFormData
  Make a card with existing fields and values and add your new fields and their values, and call setProcessFormData

• Customizing fields using the BC & DW form builder

  I've created a form, "pre-order" as follows:

  1. CRM > extend CRM database, where I created the CRM data fields
  3. Web Forms > Add Web form > I added the form default CRM 'contacts' fields in the form BC Builder
  5. I then downloaded the form using DW and customize the fields; example: changed "at home" to "delivery address", removed the 'cell phone' field, changed "telephony" to "primary phone"...

  After pressing this form dates back to BC, I tested the form and the fields that I had custom data not in the CRM.

  Can someone help me with this problem?

  Thanks for your reply. In fact the form of CRM data works (data capture to CRM). His section of default contact form, where I customized fields that does not work. I now work with my 3rd BC tech on it as I write this response.

  This method works very well, but I have noticed that according to that case I insert the code, either I'm not allowed to make changes to the text or any change is rejected when I save the file, close, and then reopen it.  Is there a way to solve this issue using either the script or the box default adobe designed for pre-filling?  Thank you all.

  Yes, any changes to the text will overwrite the default value specified in the XML file.

  I have advanced and added another application in my config console, I then changed the name and then press to save the Configuration, when then I started the Repository Wizard steps.

  However, it turns out, another application was not necessary (false alarms) so I removed it completely.  I never actually created the repository.

  Now, I'm having problems with my current application.

  I get an error that says "there is another auditor using the same end points" in the event log.

  I have a feeling that this is my problem.  so when I browse to the UI via the URL, is there no current application, even though it says its up and runing (according to the Green icons) in the config console.

  I guess that's recognizing the app that I removed in the backend?  Anyone has any ideas how to solve this problem?

  It is an Oracle database if that helps any.

  One potential gotcha here is that if you click on "Save Configuration" after the removal of the application (according to the context menu when you remove an application) then the application config might still be in the C:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\DataRelationshipManagement\server\config\drm-config.xml for your system.

  A way to test this possibility in the user interface would be to close the config DRM console and then open again. If your application is displayed again in the console config DRM after reopening, then it's probably because you save the configuration. In this case remove the app again, and then click "Save Configuration".

  I created a PDF with forms and fields to fill in, but when you open it in "filling and the sign" App, all fields are missing? But they are present during the opening in the application 'Adobe Acrobat'.

  The app fill & sign does not even existing form fields like saying Adobe Reader on the desktop, or Acrobat for iOS.  Existing fields are not 'clickable '.  The app fill & sign creates new fields on the page where you click and enter the text if the form has already been fields to fill in those who are "flat" and new content is added on top.  This could be what you are referring.  It is really designed to work best with shapes that have no real fields on them--a major issue for many users, as there are so many PDF files out there that looks like forms, but do not have to fill in form fields.

  What is your version of the database?

  If you use database 11g then you can use the following query for your condition,

  select LISTAGG(user_email, ':') WITHIN GROUP (ORDER BY user_email) from table_name
  where INSTR(':'||NVL(:PX_USERNAME,user_name)||':',':'||user_name||':')>0
  

  instead of PX_USERNAME use the name of your multi selection list.

  Use this query in your textfield.

  You're definitely on the right track. The problem is that you cannot use a path "hard" for images. It may work for the subjects to the root, the directory images can exist. It may not work for the subjects, because the correct path would be something like '... /... / Images /'.

  In addition, you must add the images as baggage files to your project. If you only use the images in a script, RoboHelp does not recognize them as resources.
