Professional features Adobe Acrobat

I plan to purchase Adobe Professional but want to ensure's a particular function, that I need.

My plan is to have a simple web site to control the distribution of documents printed in pdf format.  What I want is to control the lifetime of downloaded files so that they cannot be printable for ever.  I was hoping that a simple set up in adobe professinal would a timer lock file 24 hours after download.  Is this possible?

You can Google Digital Rights Management and come up with a few other options (which I can personally attest), but Adobe solution offering. See http://www.adobe.com/manufacturing/resources/drm/

One thing to keep in mind, when Adobe don't give you a price on the right as well as the advertising of the products, you can be pretty sure that the price to pay will be not in the price range affordable enough that anything short of a Fortune 500 company.
