• Professional Flash CS6 - menu "File-new" has stopped working.

  Solved - sort of.  I opened a FLA file and registered as a model, with my own categrory.  (Apparently wiped out Flash models custom, I had recorded previously.)  The new file is working now, showing not only my template saved, but all the standard models too. Probably a bug in CS6 and/or a kind of conflict with Windows 7.

  I'm testing the PaymentServiceDemo.with Flash Professional CS6, as provided in the documentation for BlackBerry. The first error I get is the 'com.test.paymentapi' after the package in the .as file throws an error message. Removing it solves this problem. I added "framework.swc", 'rpc.swc', 'rpc_rc.swc', 'QNXDevice.ane', 'QNXNetwork.ane', 'QNXSensors.ane' and 'QNXSkins.ane' the path of the library. When I run the Flash project I get an error that the "SuccessEvent" is not recognized. I then added the "Blackberry.swc" in the folder/libs/blackberry to remove this error. Then, I have a long list of 'Label' unrecognized, etc. from the library for qnx. I add 'qnxui.swc' to the library, and you get the error that the Virtual Machine Java is short-term memory. The project opens with a blank white window.

  you could also disable AutoSave to see if that solved the problem.

  Flash CS6 doesn´t seem to be able to find the AIR - lib. Edition file as test that works very well in CS5 I get an error:

  and try to import the class to see if that fixes it:

  The path in managing AIR SDK point to... \Adobe Flash CS6\AIR3.2

  Tried to post under all versions of AIR for all available devices and get the same error. No error in CS5 so I think that it must be something with CS6 and the AIR SDK.

  We are able to compile your project 'EncryptedLocalStore.fla' and publish successfully at AIR 3.2 following the steps below:

  1. open your action script code and add the following import statements:

  import flash.data.EncryptedLocalStore;

  import com.adobe.air.crypto.EncryptionKeyGenerator;

  2. download the file location EncryptionKeyGenerator.as http://code.google.com/p/as3corelib/source/browse/trunk/src/com/adobe/air/crypto/Encryptio nKeyGenerator.as? r = 81 and add to the folder \AIR3.2\frameworks\projects\air\ApplicationUpdater\src\ApplicationUpdaterDialog s\com\adobe\air\crypto

  Please create a air of records and the crypto to place the file such that they could not be present by default.

  3. Add the source as \AIR3.2\frameworks\projects\air\ApplicationUpdater\src\ApplicationUpdaterDialog s\ path in the Actionscript settings dialog box.

  4 compile and publish.

  Adobe is now running AIR 3.5.

  Then the release of the SDK Gold is out and I was a happier time, think that some of the compatibility has been set, but as far as I know... It's the same as before download... AIR 3.0 SDK

  I understand that the SDK works with Flash Builder, but honestly, I'm boggled as to how they are imported and linked to Flash Pro... CS6...

  I hope in the future, more attention will be given to developers Flash Pro and compatibility will be fixed...

  I am looking forward to BB10 and wish RIMM much success...

  I strongly recommend that look you in Flash Builder, if you do any serious coding. The workflow is much more intuitive than Flash Pro especially for mobile development. That being said, I still use Flash Pro every day to the creation of content, but I do all my coding in Flash Builder.

  As others have found ways to get the API in Flash Pro there, but it is not a supported platform and will not in the short term.   I take an online class this semester and our class requires the use of the version of Flash CS6.

  I just got the phone with the customer service and we were able to solve the problem. In fact he was doing me a favor because apparently they provide no service for Flash CS6 version and they advised me to post on the forums.

  I use an IMAC late 2013, El Capitan. The CC version works fine, but my teacher wants us to use the CS6 version, I guess it has more features. I have read the forums and have tried uninstall and update but it still keeps crashing. I need to use the deco tool for an upcoming assignment, but it makes the program crash anyway, is - it is not available in the latest version?

  in any case, the Flash is not admissible it takes forever to load and then I was advised to stop force but then when it opens in fact soon it after less than a minute it crashes.
