  You can actually set the same preference under the covers that you would use on Firefox for desktop PC: permissions.default.image. Here's where and how:

  (1) open a new tab to Subject: config (type about: config the Awesomebar and hit the arrow go or tap Enter).

  FWIW... this task is easier to do than to explain.

  (1) connect the camera via a USB cable and turn it on... or insert the memory card in
  your Media Player.

  (2) go to... Start / my computer... your camera should be attached to a drive letter.

  Most likely, LR has problems talking to your video card.

  In the Preferences dialog box, tab Performance, disable the use of the GPU.

  It seems that if you have a very small image.

  If this is not the case, click on the image in V2 to select, and then do a right click (control click) or from the dropdown choose the value frame size.

  DNG Converter 9.0 will work. You select the folder that contains the raw photos. You are trying to select individual photos.
