  I think you might be misunderstanding this sentence in aid. It does not refer to the size of the table, in regard to the number of lines go in the table. It is in fact the number of real lines exist in the table. And the total number of rows in the table is absolutely not affected by the height of the table.

  Are you preview site in the edge browser? When you preview the page in the browser Muse create a local server to give you the preview in the browser. With the edge browser, there was a reported issue to access the local server.

• Globals (LV7.1) and the programming of the event?

  I have a problem with a LabVIEW 7.1 application I'm developing.  I've used LabWindows/CVI and used for programming of the event - drivent in the morning.  My request is to and reading data from a dozen test instruments (all types), according to what the user wants to do.  The diagram of the application is a While loop with a Structure of the event inside.  The while loop runs until a "stop" button is pressed, and the structure of the event manages each different instrument.  I initialize all the parameters of the instrument outside the loop so that they have default values, but allow the user to modify them as you wish via one of the events.

  When I first implemented this application, I used the comment nodes and it seemed to work ok, but as the application to expand I came across a problem where the values have been reset after each event.  I thought that maybe the Globals would get around that, so I changed the structure to look like in the attached code (photo for those who do not LV7.1).  However, now the problem is that the value change event does not actually change the values-, they will reset back to default values each time.

  Someone at - it suggestions on how to fix this (or a better way to apply it)?

  Well, of course things get back to default values. You do not pass the new values for your Subvi SetNums, so it can only display the default values the next time, it's called. The use of globals does nothing. Here is a picture of how the main VI and Subvi can be rewritten. I can't post them as 7.1.

• When a program accesses the 'documents', it crashes

  OK, so here is my problem.  whenever a program (for example say 2007 Office, etc) say I'm going to insert an image. the dialog box is displayed showing the 'documents' as location. Then the program stops responding and I get a dialog box "program to quit smoking"... This also happens in my bills & esteem pro and my Chief Architect Premier program.   I can't find anything that is closely related to my question.   so I hope that there is someone who can help me with this problem.   Thank you!

  These errors have not repeated so far but if they have a defective equipment requiring replacement. I suggest that first test RAM memory.

  You should also check the hard drives. The hard disk that contains partitions F and I have bad sectors. Please best provids of a report of chkdsk on each partition. Select Start, all programs, and accessories, right-click on command prompt, and then click Run as administrator. Type chkdsk, and then press the ENTER key and a report, stating, among other things, a summary of how disk space is used, is provided. If you want a report on a partition or one drive other than C, you need to go to this partition. To access F, where F is the required partition you type F: and press the ENTER key.

  Copies of the reports from a command prompt can be tricky. Right click and select mark. This allows to highlight the selected text, and then click on copy. You will then open Word, Notepad or similar file, right click and paste. The selected text transfers your Clipboard to open the file.   Perhaps no program has been assigned to this file format and so you cannot open these files.
  I put t know which files you downloaded, but you can choose an application installed that can open these files.

  Right click the file and I have to then choose open with.
  Then, you could choose the program you want to use.

  I'm from the Philippines and I have a laptop G61 bought of the Canada.

  This week I was freezing and crashing issues. It started with extended stop screen then the next time I went there on all programs break and so windows Explorer. The mouse pointer still works, but everything froze, I've also noticed that "read" flashes at 5-8 second interval.

  This phenomenon is persistent even on safe mode.

  I run a diagnostic on it and on the test HARD drive he showed fails with an error RG9208-4D6RR-XD03GK-6OUM03 code

  Both the error codes and your description of the show all indicate that the hard is defective and must be replaced.

  About your existing files, here are some options you can try.

  1. one possible way to try to recover your files from a disk non-boot is to follow the process described in the link below.  The CD of the Ubuntu operating system you create can launched from the CD alone (IE it doesn't have to be installed on the hard drive) and I've often found to successfully extract data even a hard failure.  When you created the CD, follow the instructions and see if you can save your existing files.

• Error in Unit Test Framework: "the path of the VI test is not valid."

  I get this error on files lvtest for a few screws, it appears so when I click on the button "import values of VI.  The unit test framework correctly on some screws, but some work raise the error.  I tried to move and rename the files and of coarse checked the path of the file.  I'm open to suggestions, I'm starting to like what the Unit Test Framework is capable of, but this error becomes a problem for me.

  It seems that I do not receive the same error as you.  In the Advanced tab of .lvtest files, that you selected as the Configuration setting?  If you left it as default value, can you check to see if the orders/lights are selected in the connector pane?

  I have a laptop running Windows 7 for x 64 bit. Whenever I try to install an update to security for Microsoft Office System2007 or any program that is, I get the error code 646.   Have you tried to do a hard reset?  It drains all the residual energy of the laptop and hardware reset forces.  If you haven't tried this before I would suggest trying the following.

  1. Make sure that the laptop is completely turned off.
  2. Remove the battery and AC power.
  3. Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds, three times.
  4. Replace the battery and AC power.
  5. Try to start Notepad.

• Anomalies of programming in the C:\ drive and to the registry files?

  The system I am writing on the subject is on an Acer Aspire 5050-3785 computer laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium SP2.
  I have two annoying problems that may be related.
  One: Empty folders are created programmatically in the C:\ folder with the folder names of the form "_xxxxxx_", where folder names consist of a character to underscore as prefix and suffix, with 6 digital numbers in the middle.   These records all network service as owner, with special permissions inherited from C:\ to Traverse folder/execute the file; List folder/read data; Read attributes; Read extended attributes Create files/write data; Creation of files/add data; and read permissions.  Permissions are shown to apply to folders only.  What kind of program could create these folders?
  Two: Another question, that might be related, is the presence of Oriental characters in the prefix of many names of readers in the registry and some references the program command?  Many of these bodies are in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\EMDMgmt.  My language setting is for English only.
  Can someone please explain these anomalies and may offer suggestions for the procedure?  Thank you.

  Whatever the program creates files is a program in execution, so the best way to know is to stop running programs and the figure on which we did.

  Run the command MSCONFIG and uncheck all programs on the Startup tab.  Reboot and see if it persists.  If not, add a program or two until you find the cause.

  EMDMgmt is a ReadyBoost service.  This page has some details and said that "EMD" stands for 'external memory device'.
