  I think you need to update to the latest version adobe application manager and the help > updates

  from photoshop cs5 should then work.

  It is also possible that you may need to change your security settings

  in Apple > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General to allow downloaded applications on > Anywhere

  before the automatic or manual update downloaded the updates to work.

  I don't have a license key for CS5 and CS6 not because I was a student at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and license keys have been distributed to all students for CS5. I did a reset on my computer and I want to reinstall the software, but I'm no longer a student there and cannot get a license key for CS6.   There are two updates for Mac for the "Adobe Extension Manager CS5 5.0 Update' so it can be downloaded manually. Unfortunately for Windows users there is no manual download when the "Adobe Application Manager" is unable to install the required update. I just did a clean install and 'MAA' failure on all the required updates for CS5, so I got the updates of the software form the support pages. I would like to know where the Windows version of "Adobe Extension Manager CS5 5.0 Update" is on the adobe site?

  I see the message "not available for the creation of valid size" when I'm in the organizer and I try to go to create a collage photo book or one of these options.  I tried to see what other people have done by changing their location to the usa / Canada, but that has not worked for me.  Can you help me solve this problem?  Thank you!

  Thanks for your help 99jon.  I uninstalled and installed again and my problem is solved.  Then, must have been a small problem when I installed the first time.  Remove the Mediadatabase file did not work, so I reinstalled and am happy now!
