Provider of custom example transformation connector IOM GTC?

Hello experts,

I am faced with a rather nasty task right now, and it's the development of a supplier of processing personalized for the IOM GTC for OIM 11 g R2 connector. I have read the documentation on the official website, but there are only guidelines and no examples. However, I found this example that I consider rather incomplete, but useful.

Can anyone provide a more elaborate and complete example based on the documentation available on the official site? (it may be something very simple and mundane, but with all the steps included)

Thanks in advance and best regards!

Carol

    Could you please help in this issue

    Try below

    Add an entry to Lookup.Users.Role
    Key code decode the keys
    Employee and

    restart your schedular system, which we works very well.

    default value is full-time and EMP but you are balancing as an employee so you must have the corresponding type in the role. Correct the incoming values or use above, what I said

  • Connector DBAT IOM GTC

    Hello

    We have a GTC DBAT connector that retrieves data from a table in Oracle DB. Is it possible to configure SSL between the IOM and scene DB?

    Links, references, etc.?

    Thank you

    The Oracle's response:

    DBAT 9.1.0.5.0 is supported but not certified with IOM 11.2.3

    Please see the latest version of connector, which mentions the IOM attested 11.2.3.

  • Attribute of IOM password for a connector of GTC

    I am trying to install a simple GTC CSV to import the users. I miss the IOM Password attribute when mapping reconciliation staged at the IOM. How can I add the password attribute to the section of the IOM? I clicked on the icon next to the user in the top class and nothing happens. I'm running the last IOM 11.1.2.0.

    Thank you.

    You must create a Custom Event Handler to message insert as you can't bring the attribute of password as part of the reconciliation of Trusted CWG.

  • IOM-impossible to map a custom field checkbox UDF via GTC

    Hi all

    We are on IOM 11.1.1.5 BP 02 and use GTC to the reconciliation of flat file. We have a custom UDF which is a box and the default value for this is 'False. ' We cannot map the value of this form of field configuration of the TAG page. When we try to save the configuration of the GTC it errros outside. Useful information on this please?

    Thank you!

    You can use the translation in the mapping. Translate false to 0. True to 1.
    Create a search and use it in translation.

    Code to decode

    1 true
    0 false

  • IOM: GTC: operations on users non-existent IOM to removal of reconciliation

    Hello

    We use a GTC connector and a CSV file to reconcile users in the IOM. We use a field OPERATION in the CSV file that contains either the INSERT, UPDATE, or DELETE values for a user. We have implemented a prior update event handler so that the user being disabled in IOM produces a DELETION.

    However, if the IOM receives a DELETE operation on a missing user of IOM, the user is created in the IOM. It makes sense given the rules of reconciliation, and that corresponding username matches only.

    But does anyone have an idea about how to prevent this? I'm trying to implement an event handler before insertion which checks if there are users with the ID of the user in question by IOM. And if this isn't the case, prevents the user to be created at the IOM. Sort of 'exit' the process of reconstruction for the user. However, I do not know how to check the existence of the user and to "leave" the reconstruction process to avoid the user to be created. Any ideas?

    Thank you!!

    Hi Ed.

    How many users do you have in your database? Is the problem on the excerpt where he runs the findUsers() method? In addition, you can check the user with the method below to test the response.

    protected String getUserKey(String userLogin) throws Exception {}
    String result = null;
    Dim strSQL = "" SELECT usr_key FROM usr WHERE usr_login = ' "+ userLogin.toUpperCase () +" ' ";"
    dataset tcDataSet = new tcDataSet();
    dataset.setQuery (this.getDataBase (), strSQL);
    dataset.executeQuery ();

    If (DataSet.IsEmpty () == false) {}
    dataset.goToRow (0);
    result = dataset.getString (0);
    }
    return the result;
    }

    Thank you

  • Update Boolean attribute custom Active Directory by IOM

    The adapters supplied with the connector AD support updated standard attributes (string) and multivalued attributes, but I can't seem to understand how to upgrade a Boolean custom attribute in AD through IOM. All delivered Boolean fields seem to have custom adapters (IE account locked, password never expires, etc.).

    I tried to use the adapter to adpADCSCHANGEATTRIBUTE delivered, but it fails (as expected) with:
    + com.thortech.XL.Integration.ActiveDirectory.tcUtilADTasks: updateDetails: cannot update attributes: [LDAP: error code 21-00000057: LdapErr: IDDM-0C090B73, comment: error in the conversion of attribute operation, data 0, v1772] +.

    Suggestions?

    I think that the problem lies in the fact that IOM Boolean values are 0 or 1, while the Boolean values of directory server can most likely to be true or false. I tried supply quite a few attributes OID and AD should be no different.

    You would need to have an adapter to prepopulate that converts 0 false and 1 to true or to retain the values true/false to IOM.

    Let me know if still encounter you problems with this approach.

    Hope this helps,
    Sagar

  • Record of training, custom objects, cloud connectors and integration of the SFDC - how to make it work?

    I am trying to determine how best to implement our new system of registration of training with Eloqua. Here's our scenario:

    • Registration form on our website and when completed will be repost to Eloqua (this part is easy)
    • In the steps of treatment, I send registration to GoTo Webinar - via form - tools running a connector Cloud via form processing step (simple enough and I've done it before).
    • Submit also form I send contact to our update CRM program and they have added to the correct campaign in Salesforce based on a hidden field on the ID of the last campaign SFDC.
    • Once the recording is finished in GoTo, it sends the registration information an object custom in Eloqua, including the unique URL GoTo that people will need.

    The part I'm having a problem with, is how to make this unique URL of GoTo in Salesforce? The email address will not be the unique ID since people can enroll in more than one class.

    Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

    Hey Rochelle Chan. We do this at ReadyTalk and we mirror the datacard in Eloqua with SFDC campaign member record.

    1. use datacard services that will send the data card in a program (more on that later) the trigger, modified or created.

    2. build an external call that writes the data card information more in Member of campaign record.

    Voila. I'd be happy to give more details if necessary.

  • Providing a custom overall of all responsibility form

    Hello

    I have a requirement that I have to do a custom form that is available across all the responsibilities.

    I achieved this goal by creating a special menu oracle applications standard toolbar using custom.pll and perform the function of the form by clicking on the special menu.
    But in addition to this, we must set the function on all the menus of the respective responsibilities. This will become a huge process.

    can someone suggest me a work around to do form available in all of the responsibilities without attaching to their menus.

    Kind regards
    Dixit

    The only way I know is to create a menu that is customized for your custom form/function and then attach the custom menu as a submenu in all menus you need. I don't think that there is another way.

    First of all, what are the steps we need care while developing a custom connector.
    I can't able to find the process in google to develop the custom connector.
    If you have all data related to the development of the connector custom, please share to me...

    What are the thing we need to take care while developing the connector.
    I spoke in the version OIM9.1 there is a possibility to develop the custom connector using the Genric technology, we can create the custom connector using the IOM GTC 9.1 feature

    early response will be appreciated

    I think the approach to take here will depend to a large extent what are the characteristics of the request of the House. Where it stores its user and the right information? It exposes an API or perhaps the database tables that you can use for commissioning?

    In general, you need to create the following in IOM:

    (1) a Type of COMPUTER resource
    (2) a COMPUTER resource
    (3) a resource object
    (4) a form of customized process
    (5) a procurement process
    (6) task of process adapters (allows to really reach out to the target application and perform commissioning activities)

    Please come back with more information on what you are trying to integrate with and I can give you hope that some other points.

  • The IOM for Microsoft Lync Server Connector

    If this is not the case, how can integrate us to IOM for provisioning of users?

    Please suggest.

    Thank you

    Hello

    Oracle isn't connector Lync. You can install the connectors Exchange/AD 11.x and after AD/Exch commissioning, you can write a task to run your custom shell of power which can define lync attributes in AD/Exchange.

    I hope this helps.
