  but when I want to print the image, or notification of said word 'print' documents, but printer 1510 does nothing.

  We recently mloved to la Gomera (Canary Island) and there I bought an hp deskjet printer 1510. It will not print when connected to my laptop, also a HP with Windows vista, although it is connected, is on and is the default printer. I tried everything the doctor print and scan suggested (like cutting the fire walls, check print ooler, reinstall the driver and software etc.) and everything that I found in the taking in charge of HP. still does not print. When it is connected to our other laptop, HP also but with windows 7, it works fine. The only thing that I managed to print is a diagnostic page but it gives only numbers and letters like SN = CN39a19mmp05yr 21 PG = 81 12 BY =-5 yr 22 FB = 0/0, etc.. Nog is far from help me :-(.  someone knows how to fix this?

  Please try the below mentioned steps...

  Click START > device and printer > add a printer > add a local printer >

  (if the printer is connected with USB)

  Select "Use existing Port" then Virtual USB from the drop-down menu, click on NEXT, in the production list, select HP / Hewlett-packard and in the right pane, select Deskjet 6980 and finish the wizard

  I just bought printer HP psc 1110 and despite I loaded the print from the HP website driver and together it up correctly, it has new ink cartridges, it does not print color to color text pages when I use the the keyboard F12 shortcut key to show.  I have the microsoft intelli wireless keyboard.  Although that it prints very well in color while I use the method of dialogue of the system either by pressing "Ctrl + Shift + P" keys together.   I have another canon printer canon pixma 1500 a former model, even this canon allows to print in color using one of the methods above to print.  I'm curious to know why HP is behaving as it is with me.  Can someone knowledgeable enough to enlighten us on this issue and help me on this problem, please.  I would be grateful if someone can send me a response.

  OK, when you right click and select print work properly?

  If you come to open a different document in your Word and press Crtl P it prints correctly?

  The question seems that it is related to the program that you use for your missions. You may need to continue to press the Maj LTRC P in order to get the color to print from this application program. Let me know if the Word printing works well?

  Error message: an unexpected error has occurred (1001) - trying to run diagnostics in the utility menu

  Print e-mail messages only the header: FROM, to, etc. with any other vacuum.  Word documents only print a random URL.

  Automatic alignment of cartridges does not occur.  When I choose the alignment of the installation menu, only a few lines on the alignment page printing.

  Thanks for the post.  On this one, there are a couple of different issues.  Have you changed your printers or drivers recently?  Have you installed new software?  Pleease note, the diagnostic utility is for only Windows-based systems.  I've included some links below that should help solve this, the first being the link to the driver download page for you machine, the other with a description of the systems utility and taken in charge.  Good luck!

• my HP PSC 1610 does not print

  I have a dell dimension 2400 desktop under XP.  I try to install this PSC 1610 all-in-one printer.  I down loaded the software driver.  When I try to print the printer begins to run, and looks like it's printing, but the page comes out blank.

  My previous printer is a HP Deskjet D4360.  The connector on the printer is the same; I have no new cable; So I used one of my 4360.

  You can check the ink levels by printing a self-test page.

  With loaded paper, press on set up until print report appears on the screen, then press OK. Press OK again.

  If this does not work, go to step 1.

  I would like to know how to work the other steps.

• PSC2175: PSC 2175 does not print on Windows 8.1

  PSC 2175 prints on Windows 8.1. Although it scanner and Windows recognizes that the printer is connected is not in Applications like Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office as an available printer even though it is listed in the hardware and printers. HP Print and Scan doctor says that the software is installed, however if you select "fix print" and says that the complete software solution is not installed. If you select "Make install", it says "Page not found". If you select "Drivers and software" and follow the instructions the software only lists is utility of Diagnostic Tools that expands to be install printer HP for Windows. When it works, it says that the printer drivers may not be loaded correctly. By following the instructions to fix the problem, it of just in a loop back to the original Panel, saying that the drivers do not seem to install correctly and try reinstalling the downlaod and install the wizard.

  It seems that diagnostic tools take you in circles. I'd be happy to help you, but I'm afraid that there is no feature complete and the software for the PSC 2175 for Windows 8 or 8.1.  Instead, you use a driver in OS. A printer driver is software that lets the computer run the printer.

  I wonder if you can uninstall the driver in the OS and reinstall it again. I wonder if the instructions given in the following link may help you with this; Uninstall, disable, restore and update device drivers in Windows 8 / 7

  My HP PSC 1210 xi all in one printer does not print the small print on a soup Plantation coupon. I was able to print very clearly a letter that I had written and recorded in the notebook. Printing in Notepad is quite small, but it is still much more that the small print in the coupon which wouldn't not print... I printed these coupons several times before without a problem. Also, the small print very clearly appeared on-screen.

  Recently I bought HP Deskjet 1510, but it will not be printed.

  When I click on print a word document, it goes into the queue but then disappears after a few seconds - and the printer does nothing.

  I tried troubleshooting, but it is said that there is no problem. I've loaded everything that was on the CD that came with the printer and bought the right USB cable, so have no idea why it does not print... Everything works fine (scan, copy)...

  Any help would be much appreciated!

  I discovered that it was nothing wrong with the printer, just with my computer. Has had enough of trying to solve problem so abandoned my computer windows7 and bought a new printer and windows 8.1 works perfectly. see you soon

  My new deskjet 1510 printer bought in Maryland, does not print with my HP Pavilion dv5218nr notebook.  I tried for two days to get something to print.  I was able to make a copy yesterday.  Have down loaded on site and also the disc used to load the software nothing works.   Problem seems to be lost portions of Widows XP grateful for any printer on board.  Must return the printer with sadness.  The price was right, and it had everything I need (without WiFi and FAX, which I don't need).  No problem with the HP service, answer or product.  Problem is the refusal of Bill Gates to support his earlier successful OSs.  What I need is a system of scanning of Microsoft to find problems with printer deficiency.  I always love the simple printer and won't buy again with future software.  HP thanks to put this product on the market without all the WiFi and the FAX and other doo-dads.  Happy Thanksgiving.
