  Thank you for your message.  I'm finally hung up with Adobe cat and after about 2 hours, the problem has been resolved.  Part of the problem was a corrupted Microsoft files.

  This problem is fixed in update fixes after effects CC 2015.3 (13.8.1). This update, available now, can be installed by using the creative Office Cloud app, or by choosing Help > updates within any Adobe application.

  There is no image "attached".  You cannot display a picture if you have access to the forum by e-mail.  Everything will disappear from any file attached to an e-mail in cyberspace, without anyone ever seeing.

  To embed an image in a post, use the camera icon in the editor of response in the forum web interface using your web browser.

  You need to trash your preferences Photoshop by pressing Command + Option + shift as you start Photoshop until you get a dialog box allowing you to remove your preferences settings.

  I found the solution to a lot of the post regarding the behavior of the window as in not displaying thumbnails do not, or only display as icons. u could not drag-and - drop a file in a folder, the only way possible to copy and paste in the opened folder u he wanted.   When in an open folder u wanted to open another folder in the same window, that he would open the clicked folder u on in another window... Yes I think the setting may have changed with the installation of another program or uninstall. Ive search searched n not thanks to technicians to norton and Microsoft to answer the caz forums of course they know not what theyre doing... but in any case, I saw in another question, someone asked on thumbnails disappear n someone sent them the link to a microsoft support page click on the fix it , and it fixes everything that was to play place configurations...   I had a long discussion with a Support Agent and finally solved my problem in activating my root user... after a lot of trial and error/attemtpts. Here is my summary just fyi, I hope this works for you also.

  I'm on MacBook Pro OS X 10.8.5.

  1. They had me first go to ~/Library/Applications support/Adobe/OOBE and delete the file 'opm.db '... Creative cloud question remained.
  2. Then they asked me to go to support/Adobe ~/Library/Applications and rename the files "AAMUpdater" and "OOBE"... and go to the library/application support/Adobe (note this is a different path) and remane the files "AAMupdater" and "AAMupadaterInventory"... question remained.
  3. They had me also go to my Netwrok Prefrences, Proxy server to configure, and enusre all boxes are unchecked and "use Passive FTP Mode (PASV)" also unchecked... did not help, the question remained.
  4. Of course they had me uninstall and then reinstall the creative cloud application, which I did (Applications > utilities > Adobe installer and run the "uninstall Creative Cloud")... but the question remianed.
  5. Finally, they had me to visit this page on the Apple support page, http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 and activated the user root for OS X Lion.
     1. After allowing the root user (and create a new password for it), I rebooted my Mac
     2. Saved in my Mac once as 'root' and connected to Adobe Creative Cloud using my usual Adobe user/email name and password.
     3. Go to the 'Applications' tab, and it worked perfectly!
     4. I disconnected the root on my Mac, then that reconnected me.
     5. Launched the creative application of Cloud, connected and went to 'Apps'... works great!

  Only numbers can open a document in numbers. Excel cannot.

  In addition, there are several versions of numbers that work on a Mac. Older versions will be not open newer versions.

  What version of numbers do you run?

  What applications are the other people running?

  If other people are running Excel, you can export your document numbers to Excel (Menu > file > export to... > Excel). The export will not be perfect, but they will be able to open it and read it.

  More information, will lead to a solution.

  Find and select the clips you want to convert.

  Next... in the encoding settings... Choose... Video credits.
  WMV - Windows Media Video (*.wmv).

  Choose an output folder and on the left, click on the button convert.

  You can experiment with other settings later but

  (this is where you find your files after they)
  are converted)

  Drag and drop your video clips on the main screen...

  Select "all to WMV" / OK...

  Click on... Beginning... in the toolbar...

  That should do it...
