  We have some difficulty to publish a folio containing web-overlays (32 Viewer version):

  First of all, javascript code onAppear / onDisappear-events approved by adobe does not occur on devices android; that we "solved" by putting any preliminary code in the event onload instead.

  This content appears generally as it should (except some small problems on the android Viewer)-until the folio was published as another user (no change to the indd files). Then the webcontent appear not at all.

  Anyone know what could have caused this, or have had similar problems?

  Grateful for any help or ideas you may have.

  The problem was that the layers were passed command during the transfer, so the webcontent lay behind the video.

  I created a book in Indesign and published Folio Builder and put it in line with the producer of Folio.

  Now, I would have my client and a group of examiners to post it online on their shelves, but they can't. I invited using the menu 'share', they have created an adobe ID, downloaded the Viewer application, but they still cannot.

  My feeling is that it's because I can't make my folio to be published 'public' (see screenshot).

  Now my question is why can not I put the folio 'public '?

  You need a professional of the DPS or a business account to be published in the form of workflow with Adobe Creative Public Cloud, you can create an application using "Create-App" command panel Builder Folio.

  Now to share the folio with those of the reviewers, just share folios with the Adobe id by using the Share (two digits) in Folio Producer. Your reviewers will need to download Adobe Content Viewer on the App store, connect with their ID, and then they can download and check out the folio.

  Unfortunately, we cannot change the country associated with an Adobe ID but have the following options:

  -You can create a new Adobe ID with the country using another email address

  -If you prefer to use your current email address please contact Adobe http://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html who can help you

  Make a change to your existing ID which will allow you to create a new ID with the original e-mail address.

  I guess the PUBLIC mode is necessary to distribute FREE mode.

  Are you already a DPS customer? You will not see the option to publish a folio audience until you have access to the DPS. Ask your administrator to add your email ID as a delegated user and assign the application role to your ID so you can publish as public folios.

  Currently, this is not possible, and I don't think that there are current plans to implement this in the near future. When you pay for the service, Adobe is hosting your Folios and you get a systematic service to publish and distribute your content.

  If you have the account of the company, you can use the direct payment to get your print subscribers free access to your digital magazine so that they connect to your server and get access to folios, that they deserve.

  Do you mean when you open the PDF in different versions of Adobe? BEEP always generates the Spec 1.4 (5 Adobe)
  All margins or left and right. BEEP generates PDFS for the same features as the model used IE letter paper in MSWord will generate a letter PDF format. If different PDF readers are making it differently, then it is down to the version of Adobe Reader.

  Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs.  Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.

  Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

  Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.

  the desktop application gives you access to the cs6, cc, cc 2014 and cc 2015 apps.  and probably more in the future.

  Please try to connect on Muse and sign again to make sure that Adobe ID and ID BC are synchronized.

  • To disconnect Muse, click Help > Sign Out
  • Muse of output
  • Revive the Muse and sign in with your Adobe ID.
  • Publish again to check if it works
