Purchased the software Acrobat Pro AM. Need quickly to remake PDFs that require immediate attention. It tells me to download, log in, turn on, and I'm doing everything it still does not. I would like to cancel it. I need something that works!
How can I cancel this order? There is no phone number. No one to talk to!
If you downloaded, but it still says lets you download, there are several possibilities
* You still use Acrobat Reader rather than what you have paid for - check carefully.
* You get the message in a browser, not Acrobat.

Creative cloud includes Acrobat Pro, unless you are on an incompatible system like Vista. Pack of PDF isn't Acrobat and does not affect it.
You say that you did not have full access to Acrobat - have you tried to install it?

If you encounter a problem, then you can contact customer service.
Make sure that connect you to your Adobe ID, under which you have Acroabt license and choose the product in the list.

There is no need to cancel one for Windows since CC subscriptions are not platform specific. Your subscription allows you to use it on Windows and Mac computers, so just install Mac on Mac files.

I have checked with your account and could see that you have purchased an annual subscription for one year.
There is no need for a serial number to activate Acrobat subscription.
After you install Acrobat XI pro, all you need is to log in to adobe.com with your Adobe ID and password to activate the software.
