  Same thing for me.  I called HP about it the first time I tried I scans a document when my printer was 7 days old.  I was connected with the service to customers in India.  The technician spent about an hour with me trying to get the 6510/6515 printer to work, even to take control of my new 64 bit Windows 7 core i7 notebook.  Ultimately she essentially told me that even if it is announced to scan documents, this really means that each page is a separate document.  In other words, this printer, as well as all other issues, it is will only scan one page at a time.

  in respect to your name of the element between & and.

  for example.
  If you go get record to the point of saying P9_ITEMNAME

  then in the page header

  put title & P9_ITEMNAME.

• Separate menu Widget, but where to put the pages in the plan?

  Hello. I do a portfolio site and I have a number of galleries throughout my top-level pages. I inserted a menu widget for the buttons. I don't want my comments and Contact buttons to be grouped with the buttons of the Gallery, so I made a separate widget for my pages about and Contact, manual setting, on my master page.

  I can't know where in the tree view of the plan to put the words and Contact pages. When I put them on the pages of top level with the rest of my galleries, they appear in the menu of galleries, which is not where I want that they. I want them to be separated away keys the buttons of the gallery. If I put the words and Contact as children at my other top-level pages, then they will appear in a dropdown menu when you click on one of the galleries in the menu. Does anyone know where exactly in tree plan the Contact and remarks would go? Thank you.

  Place the pages where you want, right click on them to outline view and exclude them from the menu.

  Place a second, menu manual and use the command "hyperlink" to integrate the elements you want.

  I have the master page (for the facing pages) open. But when I go to Tpye > insert special characters > markers > current page number, it is grayed out. Same for the headers. Please tell me how to insert the page numbers of sutomtic and a header in my master using InDesign CS6.

  I'm going to need like this
  
  I have two columns of page number in the report, we're at the head of the and one is the body of the model.
  
  First page number is the head - what is the total number of pages in the entire report as think page 1/5, I want to say to the header of the report a total of 5 pages.
  
  In the body of the report, I have one more page number column is for this special section as long as my report should be repeated for each Member.
  
  1 member out of page 1 - so the Agency fo rthat Member will have 1/1
  2nd member 2 pages - the body, I'll have 2/2 and 1/2 on the first page of that Member in the second page.
  3rd Member has 2 pages - the body, I'll have 2/2 and 1/2 on the first page of that Member in the second page.
  
  and as I said before to the level of the header, I 1/5.2/5.3/5.4/5.5/5 my total report is 5 pages.

• Master to the Page header text block

  Hello, I'm new to indesign and using CS4.  Sorry if this is a newbie question.

  I create a pdf of the digital presentation and aligning.  I want to create a consistent header on every page in the upper left and ensure that it is in the exact same on each page.  I also want to make sure that the size of the text, the police and the color is consistent on every page.  More important still, if I need to change anything, say a police, I want to only do it in one place and not do it on all 20 pages in my document.

  My understanding is to add a block of text to the master page.  However, how can I change the text on each page and have it not show on my front page which is page 1 of my document?

  Create a text frame on the master page (if it is large enough and deep enough for the longer title)

  Insert a generic text like "topic".

  Give it a paragraph style

  Adjust the style of paragraph to your taste

  Go to each page you want to change and SHIFT CTRL (cmd on mac shift) and double-click the "topic".

  Change the text to what you want it to look.

  To change the color/font of text etc for each of them - adjust the paragraph style

  To change the text style for each of the headings so they are different in terms of colour etc - just change the color of characters via the color chart.

  If you do this, then all changes to the paragraph style must follow through on all pages - except where you may have changed the color of the characters (or any other change adjusted by hand the text.

  Also - if you move the text frame on the master page they should all move on corresponding pages, if you have not moved the hand on the actual pages.

• White pages being inserted between the body and the table header

  When I fill a textbox extensible in a line of body of table with large amounts of text (about 2 pages worth) I get a blank page is inserted after the first line of table header before the first line of the table body.

  I have attached a sample form that demonstrates this problem and also attached the sample text in a separate text file.

  Any suggestions on how to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

  This is a case where using a table is more difficult. I created another example which shows how to do this.

  Note that I put the version target 9 (I think remember me that the fields when not allowed out through)

  pages in version 8, but I'm not 100% sure).

  When adding a list according to menu (or something else like static text) to the global header of the page then the left hand side Navigation AND Breadcrumb area is oberlapped by the 'Logo' and 'Navigation Bar area' because the Page header is pushing it down. Parts of the side Navigation and navigation bar are not more.

  In case anyone has the same issue here the answer I would give for-> me I found the following solution:

  .) I defined a new style with the following custom css theme roller:

  .apex-side-nav .t-body-nav, nav-side-.apex .t-body-stocks, .apex-side-nav .t-body-title

  {

  top: 80px;

  }

  

  .) And then of course saved as a new style.

  Hope this is the right way and good / best practices to deal with it!

  Again the site of another company. Must have used the older version of DW. I have CC. I synced the whole site, but when I replace an image on a page, save it and put the page and the image to the site, it does not appear on the site online... Even from a different computer. -Kenn

  There are a few things that could happen here, the most common is a redundant server root folder in your files the.

  When you set up a site in DW, it is assumed that you will move the contents of your local folder in the root folder on the server. Sometimes, people will accidentally add that htdocs, www or in public_html (or whatever we call) root server for local files and create a problem of redundancy where the site is downloaded, just for the wrong folder to be considered as a normal Web site.

  If you could open your files window, connect to the server, then hit the Expand (two squares icon in the toolbar of the window files) and post a screenshot of that here, we could exclude enough quickly. There are a few other issues, such as the capitalization of names (servers are case-sensitive so Home.html is a file separate from home.html to the server locally, they are the same file) that could happen, but it would be the first person I would check.

  A link to your site would also help us limit.

  You can change the order of the boxes on the subject: newtab page and drag them to another location to pin them to this post, or you can remove them by clicking on the close X an item in order to block them.

  You can drag a bookmark or history item and drop them into a slot on the topic: newtab page to pin them.

  Changes are stored in the file chromeappsstore.sqlite in the folder of Firefox profile under the keys pinnedLinks and blockedLinks.
