  It was a problem of include. I had downloaded a new version of the SDK for the paths were struck down. I fixed it by creating a new project and paste my Code above. New project had the correct update paths.

  Hello. It seems to be hung trying to complete the installation. You can try to remove and reinstall. To remove it, go to settings > general > storage > storage management.   Manual removal of the old backups is not a good thing to do. Let Time Machine take care of itself.

  I suggest you use Spotlight to reindex your hard disk and backup disk, then run a backup Time Machine and see what clears the problem. If this isn't the case, you might be better off erase your backup disk and start a new Time Machine backup.
