Qosmio E10 need repair, but I am not agree Exchange motherboard

Since 2004, I have my Qosmio E10.
I bought in the Uk, but I used in Europe & Brazil.
But he has a little problem always over heating the cooler sink fan never stop work or stop if you choose internet, as well as sometimes to turn off my cell phone right way without no reason what become too hot.
But still works fine if I not give place and paid for this and normal attetion used and try not be too hot.
But a few days ago, he starts making bad noise in paste fan, I don't know why but I try to clean the filtter and open the laptop and desconect all things. So big mistake now does not work any more the laptop.
So I get it and put for the repair of Office Toshiba Authorizate but I am now in Spain - Madrid.
Now they me say I need Exchange Moherboard, the bottons where switch to other functions. But not to mention the cooler fan was bad even why need to exchange all the buttons.
I ask why need to exchange all the thing and the answer was my screen was fault and who do more heating in the laptop. But I said that more heating afterwords, more If need to exchange this Toshiba sale for me a laptop with problems.
I just can't do that repair cost as 600euros.
In addition, I paid 30 euros to make you I was at Toshiba Authorizate of tick problems.
Now, I need help if anyone knows where I can repair my laptop in an honest Bureau in Madrid or not.

It is not easy to give any comment to this. AFAIK services have specific instructions for Toshiba how to manage specific issues and if you have different opinions must be clarified in service directly.

I was wondering if someone could forward that request to the person responsible slimdrive firwmares to Toshiba.
He finds that the carpet * a UJ-830 s drive not reading DUAL LAYER DVD-R / DVD + R (although it reads DVD-ROM OK DVD9).

Need repair, have no cd system
I recently returned home to find my pc crashed, apparently because of a registry problem. He suggested a repair running with the system disk. I tried to start in safe mode by using the last known good configuration and wouldn't work.
I want to try to repair but I have not received a cd system with my pc. I can't understand whether it is possible to get a replacement drive. It is, or there at - it another way to fix it?

Need to drive recovery for my Qosmio E10
I need to recover my Qosmio E10 but cannot find my disk.
Toshiba won't sell me a new, I need to locate one, unless there is another way to achieve a recovery, please help.Qosmio E10 is old enough laptop model, and I imagine you will not get a new one from Toshiba, but you can install your own version of the OS. Just install OS using the facilities of Microsoft CD.

If I remember well Qosmio E10 is not supported in Vista.
Please check the Toshiba download page and make sure that the Vista drivers are available or not.If this isn't the case, then you have the problem. You can try to identify the hardware components and check the manufacturers support page.

Qosmio E10 AV buttons does not
Hi, I hope someone is able to help. I have a Qosmio E10 for quite awhile (currently operated on XP) and I recently discovered that 10 AV keys (near the power/sleep button) do not for example by pushing the 'brightness' button does nothing for the effect of brightness, etc. Anyone know how to fix this?
