  I have a Code CVI generator as part of the Toolbox ATML importer.  OR kindly gave me an example of how to change the Type of step as part of the custom Code Generator DLL and that works very well.

  However, if I try to change the step Fail value causes the sequence fail to VTRUE it seems do not set the value when the sequence is examined on a test bench.

  The code I use is:

  TS_StepChangeStepType (stepHandle, & errorInfo, typeDefinition);

  -where typeDefinition can be modified to change the type of step, it works and I can change the type of step if necessary.

  TS_StepSetStepFailCausesSequenceFail (stepHandle, & errorInfo, VTRUE);

  -who does not, the box is always set to VFALSE.

  Is there something that I am missing?

  You must use the PropertyObject step to change the failure step Option. There should be a line of code the generator of custom Code that calls:

  Get the step as a PropertyObject in case it is necessary to change the properties of the General step
  tsErrChk (TS_StepAsPropertyObject (stepHandle, & errorInfo & stepObject));

  The stepObject is what you need to pass to the TS_StepSetStepFailCausesSequenceFail function as follows:

  Set the Option of failure of step-by-step

  tsErrChk (TS_StepSetStepFailCausesSequenceFail (stepObject & errorInfo, VTRUE));

  @leon, you cannot change the SQL code generated by obiee, your obligation to use EXISTS instead of IN operator, then you can do this in the physical layer of RPD by accessing the properties of the table and select SQL problem and write your query with condition EXISTS on the relevant tables. So that in turn Bi server accepts and converts according to its methodology.

  I working on a program to control an ER3000 and am tring to use a waveform chart to keep up the pressure. Also, I want to be able to use the current pressure to calculate the rate of Exchange to a new setting of pressure because the ships that we are in charge cannot take quick pressure changes. Does anyone have the sample code specifically for the reading of the pressure on tescoms ER3000.

  Taking a brief look at the llb linked above it seems as if the "fully ER Command.vi, this is what you want. This vi is read/write vi. But it runs only once. Therefore, there is not a surprise that you have a program that reads and writes to the ER3000. To "read the continuous pressure" you want to make your own vi that has the part 'read' of the 'fully ER Command.vi loop within a certain time. If find you examples in labview for VISA it should help you get started.

  Don't forget that if you want to always read the Session VISA will be 'locked '. Which means that you can't write while he performs a continuous reading of the session VISA. You can either programmatically explain this or (if RS232) you can install a sniffer that can interrogate another COM port WITHOUT interfering with your current session of VISA to the device permanently.

  This is the likely cause of your error:

  A USB can support only a very limited number of files and folders at the root
  Directory/folder. To resolve this are one or more folders and copy the files into it/them.

  H:\ if H: is the thumbdrive

  and so one and copy the files in these folders. You may need to remove a few files in a
  apparently a lot thumbdrive to create the folders.

• VISA IC returns the 0xBFFF003A error code when reading the USBTMC device

  I'm creating a USBTMC device and have some difficulty to determine why a viRead returns the 0xBFFF003A error code. Strangely enough, it reports also to read the correct byte number and the buffer contains the correct data. I use VISA IC 5.1.2 but I had the same problem with version 5.0.3. I have no problem with the device recognized by VISA IC, MAX, LabVIEW SignalExpress or LabVIEW. Using the previous version of VISA IC performing an async read would return a code completion, 0x3FFF009B (VI_SUCCESS_SYNC).

  Hello 2009 poster... Welcome to 2011 and I'm sure by now that you have bought a new computer or obtained the answer elsewhere.

  This is in short, that I just got this error working on a disk recovery & Dell laptop.

  This is probably due to read/write to the CD/DVD drive.  It's very annoying and simply a file library, catalogue missed reading it will mess this!

  Error & you can get there... I get closer and closer each time.

  I think this guy CD-ROM drive is odd OR even better the quality of the recovery disc might be off too.

  Other errors are too 0xfffffc02 | fffffc02 - and read the newspapers it is always a mistake in the reading of a file.

  I just got this new while typing, but I was in there last time - 15 minutes so you can see the weird nature of it.

  Double-click on ServicesRepair.exe

  If security notifications appear, click

  When the tool has finished, you will be asked to restart your computer.

  Click Yes to restart.

  Try the Windows updates and updating MSE - see what results you get and post back

• In Vista I can't get my cd to play, says error code cannot read cd may be dirty

  I can't get my cd to play the error code says can not read cd can be dirty... I tried the CD cleaner and I still get error when you try to play or rip the cd... Any suggestions?

  3. what application you use to play the CD?
