3 times I chatted with Adobe support. At least, I had a link to 8 steps to solve the problem.
Steps to follow:
- Open the activity monitor and close Adobe all related applications
- Navigate to: / Library/Application support/Adobe
- In this directory, you will see a folder named OOBE - rename this folder in OOBEold
- Navigate to: MAC HD/Applications/Utilities directory
- There, you will see a folder named "Adobe Application Manager" - remove
- Download Adobe here cleaning tool: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems/_jcr_conte nt/main-pars/accordion_container_1/accordion-par/accordion-item-1/accordion-item-par/proc e dure/proc_par/step_3/step_par/download/file.res/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.zip
- Open the cleaning tool and choose to clean 'Creative cloud' only.
- Download and install Creative new Cloud - https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/osx10/CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg
I tried all 8 steps. Step 5 "delete Adobe Application Manager" also. I got after the installation of new CCDapp - error 43 and new error messages.
Example: Acrobat messaged it is damaged, because it has not been found the IMSLib.My idea was to reinstall all Adobe files and files of my Time machine backup. I am now back to error 1001. I can't update my Adobe CC OBA programs.
Who has an idea how to get the update of CCDapp work again?
It is not recommended to restore backup Adobe applications or time machine, as the files need to be installed and not copied. If you have already tried to uninstall the creative application of Cloud Desktop, running the vacuum, then reinstalling and failed, then I recommend that you contact support for assistance.

Problem downloading the Cloud Desktop App Designer...
Can I download the Installer off site Web from adobe without a problem. When I try to install the desktop by the installer but app, the installer gets to halfway through and then disappears with no error code or message. He simply disappears and never ends install. I tried to uninstall and remove all traces of the installer and the desktop application before trying to reinstall, but it leaves me with the same problem from happening again. The first time I installed the application successfully, but there was a mistake with it a few months and he said that the error would be probably resolved by reinstalling. He has not worked since then. I'm on a Macbook Pro retina on OS 10.8.5 end 2012.
Try the steps below
Click on Finder and then hold down command + SHIFT + G keys on your keyboard
It will open to go to the window of the folder, type exactly ~/Library and click Go
Then open Application Support > Adobe files
Files Recycle Bin AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Click on finder and press command + SHIFT + G keys on your keyboard.
This time, type / library and click on Go.
Be sure to remove ~ symbol.
Then open Application Support > Adobe files.
Basket AAMUpdater, Adobe Application manager, records OOBE.
Click on Finder and then hold down command + SHIFT + U keys on your keyboard.
It will open the Utilities folder.
Trash Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager files
Cleanup tool download and run CC below link
Accept the license agreement and click Adobe Application Manager
Click then on clean selected

My desktop application Adobe CC not even says there are new versions of Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) applications when I know that they have been released.
What I tried:
• Signed out and in my Adobe account• Uninstalled the application of CC desktop and reinstalled.
• Each application 'later' (PS, I, ID) downloaded from the Adobe site, but the soft cc adobe launches and installs older versions.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
Brad
UPDATE *.
The procedure described in these two positions has worked for me. I would recommend after them in the following order:
1) use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
(2) Office CC lists the applications as "up to date" when it is not installed
I tried to uninstall everything before my original post, but I uninstalled the app CC the second time that I uninstalled it directly since uninstalling programs before using the "cleaner" (see #1).
I also removed all Adobe my system (preference files, etc.). Who could be exaggerated, but I was so frustrated at that time here, I didn't like.
I hope this helps!

Creative Cloud Desktop application installer crashes to download
Hi when I download and run installer (CreativeCloudSetup.exe) on the stalls Win8 CC it to about 8% and will not download the necessary files.
To clarify, I can download the CreativeCloudSetup.exe very well, but when I run it it crashes when you try to download files. Here's what he said after sitting about 8% for a minute or 2.
I tried to restart and re - download the file, as well as suggestions as shown below:
I download the new installer from the CC of the llink below.
https://creative.Adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
If the installation of the first attempt fails, I'll rename the folder Adobe OOBE (out-of-box experience) for OOBE.old, then will try to install it again. {Adobe for my system OOBE folder locations are below. Yours are probably the same.}
\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE name of C:\Users\[user]
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
They did not work.
Screenshot of error:Support cat person named VALAURYS (sp?) was very helpful and got my problems solved. He was very involved and necessary tool Adobe cleaner as well as a few of the locations of files deep within windows (hosts file, AppData, sending a log in the temp directory...
It would be nice if Adobe has released these specific steps for all to use. In any case, the problems are solved!

How many times should I uninstall and reinstall Creative Cloud Desktop app?
Every time there is an update of the applications Creative Suite, I want to download and install, I opened the Cloud Desktop application designer and see this:
Then I have to go online and try all validated solutions and finally manually uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop, then download it, then reinstall it, and then finally, I am able to download the update for real-world applications.
I know I'm not the only user that has this problem, and I know that this isn't a new problem not more. I find it galling and appalling. Adobe has long been in the software industry. Why can't they fix once and for all? How is it difficult for Adobe to hire competent programmers who can code a functional application?
Hello
Here is the Solution: delete the contents of the OOBE folder and restart the desktop creative cloud application
- Exit the desktop application Cloud creative in the gear icon in the upper right.
- Navigate to the following location, based on your operating system.
- Mac OS: /Users/
Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Note: The \Users\
\Library\ is hidden by default after 10.7. See the following document for instructions on access to it if necessary: library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later. - Windows: C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Note: The AppData is hidden with the default settings of Windows. See the following document for instructions to show if needed: view the files, folders, file name extensions. Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP.
- Mac OS: /Users/
- Delete all the contents of the OOBE folder.
- Restart the computer and launch the desktop application Cloud creative again.Note: The application may take slightly longer than usual to load with this solution, as contained in the folder OOBE is rebuilt after the launch.

No Apps on Creative Cloud Desktop (Windows 10) tab
The 'Apps' tab does not appear in the desktop creative cloud application. I can't install apps at the moment.
I tried the right answer here: missing Creative Cloud desktop applications tab
but it did not work for me. I modified the file, entered into the creative process of Cloud and restarted my computer, but the app tab is still missing.
Is there another solution?
I finally piece together a solution by using information in a comment in this thread, you have connected: don't see not the tab on my desk of creative cloud Apps
It was not the "correct" answer to this thread. The solution that worked for me, I will summarize here:
1. go to your ...\AppData\Local\Adobe folder
2. delete these folders: AAMUpdater and OOBE
3. start the CC cleaning tool found here: use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
4. Select 'Creative cloud' only and remove only creative cloud
5 reinstall the creative cloud
The comment that got me from this thread was this: Re: missing Creative Cloud Desktop applications tab

Creative Cloud Desktop App remains black during installation
I tried to install CC on my new laptop running Windows 8. Tried many times, including the deletion of folder C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE, but to no avail. The Cloud Desktop App Designer is all black and I can't do anything with it. Cannot open a session, can't do anything. See this screenshot: http://s1.postimg.org/79xyw2hn3/CCerror.png
Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.
A representative of Adobe has just helped me with that. It turns out that you need to specify the graphical application Adobe CC setting (it's in the settings of switchable graphics specification).

Missing Creative Cloud Desktop applications tab
Hello and thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
I am under creative cloud on Mac OS 10.9.5. A few days ago, I've updated many of the applications through the Cloud Desktop creative application in the menu bar. The updated applications and they all seem to work fine, but now the tab Apps is missing altogether in the CC, desktop window and it is not even in the CC Office preferences. (See screenshots). Also, when I click on the button 'Install Adobe Apps' in the CC Office window, nothing happens.
I uninstalled--> download--> Office CC re-installed several times, as well as to try some of the other troubleshooting suggestions I found here on the Adobe website, such as:
- restart the computer
- CC Desktop logging and then insert it again
- deleting the file opm.db
- delete the CoreSync folder
- remove the plugin AdobeAAMDetect
Nothing seems to fix. As I said, the applications all seem to work fine, but I would like to know that CC Desktop works as expected and keep me updated. Any other suggestions?
Thank you again...
Download of Lightroom 6 was exactly what I was when I realized that my apps tab is missing. I'm on a PC, but this screenshot is a look at what I had to modify. If you can't find this file on your Mac to change if all goes well it will solve your problem.
