• Can I search the current way together in a script?

  On my machine, I have a folder full of functions and commands mathscript.  This record starts to become very large, and I wish I could clean it up a bit by combining the files in the subfolders.  For example, I would like to create the following folders;

  C:\MatrixXTools

  C:\MatrixXTools\StringTools

  C:\MatrixXTools\VariableTools

  Of course, it would be nice if I had to define the path to each file individually.  What I want to do, is to set my path manually for C:\MatrixXTools and then put a command here called "import".  The 'import' command would be responsible for the research of the current path for a file and then add it to the path when he finds it. So to import the StringTools, I just call

  Import "StringTools.

  All my scripts base would go into C:/MatrixXTools and then if a script is required to use the StringTools, I could just call import feature.

  The problem I have is that I can't find a command that turn the path into a string vector.  Is it possible to do?  'SHOW the WAY' is not what I want it because it is just to show the way and does not give me a way of viewing by program.

  Is there a better method to get all subfolders together?

  I realize that I could also do this by using the startup script, but I (svn) version control tools so that other people can use them - I don't want to have to return everyone to change their startup script every time I do a new folder - I should be able to do this in scripts.

  You can get the path to show output in a string using = operator.

  [showPathStr,] = show the path;

  You can break down the showPathStr on the new line characters

  in a vector of string using the split function.

  The split function has been added in MATRIXx 7.1.9. The Division operates internally

  uses index and stringex functions to create the split string vector.

  Also, instead of change startup.ms each time you add a tools directory, why can't not

  have startup.ms run another script (i.e. execute file = toolsetup.ms) and you

  update only toolsetup.ms when you add a new directory of tools.

  Why only discrete SuperBlocks (and why not continuous for example) can have an enable signal? Is it possible to enable or disable a continuous superblock?

  Because continuous models cannot have discontinuities in the model. Integrators need continuous signals.

• How can I change the properties of Xmath block?

  I want to change some properties of block Xmath, for example to change the name of a constant block. I tried something like

  Constant1.name = 'new name ';

  Can someone help me?

  You can use the SBA (SystemBuild Access, see Chapter 7 of the guide SystemBuild) command of routine modifyblock to change any SystemBuild

  Block property. All the created blocks have a block id that must be specified in the modifyblock command.

  For example:

  modifyblock 2, {name = "myblock", color = 2, size = [100 100]}

  or to create a gain block

  createblock 'gain', {win = 2.5, name = "accelConstant"}

  to retrieve the id of the block of a created block, pass a variable set to zero, createblock will set the variable to the id of the created block

  MyID = 0

  createblock 'dead zone', {id = myid}

  modifyblock myid, {color = 1, input = 2}

  You can also get properties for a block by using the queryblock command.

  [t = c = color, location, t = blocktype threshold] = queryblock (myid)

  I generated a dynamic form with LiveCyle. I used a script to add instances.

  It works very well with Adobe Acrobat Pro.

  But if I want to prolong funtions in Adobe reader (so that Adobe Reader users can complete and save the form) something happens to my form automatically.

  Pages that must be dublicated by clicking a button, are multiplied in the form when you open the form with the reader.

  then the form went from 37 pages initially of 20 pages.

  I use this code for javascript:

  xfa.resolveNode("topmostSubform.Page13.matrixx").instanceManager.addInstance (true);

  the same problem with

  xfa.resolveNode("topmostSubform.Page13.matrixx").instanceManager.addInstance (1);

  I just saw something similar to this last week when the form had 4 tables that had unique table names, but the structure and names under the table where exactly the same. This cause problems when the form is Reader Extended. He ended up creating a new instance for wach table that has been added. The solution was to appoint repeating subforms with unique names.
