  It is not at all what you mean by the 'toolbar '.   You use Windows Mail in Vista?  If so, you can search the *.eml try to locate emails (see www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx#wm for background), but you will need to provide more information, because it is not clear if you do not see the files or toolbars in WinMail (try to view |) Page layout) or if your all start menu disappeared.  You can also try a system restore, but it seems that you should also check for viruses and malware, according to your description.

  I just bought a DELL Inspiron 17R laptop computer which came with Windows 8. I want to install an aftermarket SSD and do a clean install of Windows 8 on the SSD without all the stuff extra DELL piles on the computer in their factory. However, the laptop does not come with any media of Windows 8. My other options (copy windows divide in the SSD or use Windows backup and restore), both result in installing Windows 8 with a lot of software DELL.

  DELL said that they do not have the installation of Windows 8 media and I need to contact Microsoft to get it. Any ideas on how I can go about this? I'm happy to pay a nominal fee for the discs, but having already an OEM of Windows 8 installation, I want to avoid going to the shops and buy a new license.

  Unfortunately, your only option is to create a disk backup and restore using recovery tools provided by Dell and use it to reinstall Windows 8. This is especially true because you run Windows 8, which are not available elsewhere.

• Why can I not print pdf files? All I get is a bar progression and the sounds of the printer.

  When I click on print, a progress bar is displayed and 'progressing' through 5 pages of a pdf file. The printer starts to get a restless and I get a beep of the printer that it's done.   Even if this is the answer, I would say that Yes, always use the same form name in the instance of the application. Recently came across the issue in R2BP10 and R2PS1BP02, where there are several child forms an instance of the application if different names are used for the name of the form in the instance of the application, then the form does not display data in the user interface.

  You should be able to move your cursor to the top of the screen and the menu bar will fall.  So, you start with

  

  Drag the slider to the top of the screen against the edge and hold that and you should see

  

  Click the button of "green".  This should take you out of mode full-screen Mail.

  Command + control + F should do it too.

  Also when you have the cursor at the top of the screen and the menu bar comes down, you could also use Mail-> view-> full screen output

  You should also be able to use the command + Tab to switch to another application
