  I went the same route. I started to want to learn web design and the Muse is an excellent tool. The code it generates, however, not to use it in Dreamweaver. This could be done, I think this isn't worth it, even for a real Geek. Once you get to Muse you will find there are things missing, stuff, you want to do, but are just tough in Muse or you can buy a widget. It is possible in DW and you get which through subscription, so it makes sense. Me what I know now, I'll go directly to DW to learn, except if you want results right now. If you don't want something to cause I stay with Muse and maybe learn to animate CC to add some pizazz to the site. If you only want a simple layout and a couple supporting stick with Muse pages if you want a larger site use DW.   I'm downloading a new site FTP of Muse on the former site of the FTP of Dreamweaver. It downloads fine, but the old pages of HTML in Dreamweaver are still on the site. Although not visible in a browser they are always picked up by the search engines. How can I go about removing the old HTML Dreamweaver pages?

  Just upload another like FileZilla FTP client and manage the site.

  Starting to think that it is a computer / connection problem. I had to move the machines to connect to the Adobe forum.   Plu MacBook thin. New macbook dead ends. These seem too coincidental independent.

  My client needs power use inbrowser mounting in muse, so I am trying to download my site using muse. In the past I've downloaded using my client ftp (send on a mac), and I had no problem whatsoever. My username and password are certainly correct, I downloaded the countless number of times using these details, and I checked to see that they're still working using my client ftp directly, and they do it without any problem.

My customers Web space is 1 and 1. They don't give me no information, they say it's my problem, and they do not deal with problems of client software. I'm really stuck and have a very unhappy customer and a Web site that my client cannot change, that they do not want to pay for. Really hope someone can help with ideas other than those mentioned.

  Have you tried to contact your hosting provider? Perhaps something has changed.

  The error is explicit and precise that you credentials are denied by the host. I don't think that there is much that can be done on the side of the Muse of it.

  Force a little rough, but try the following:

  1) disconnect from the internet

  (2) open the .muse file

  (3) open the transfer to the FTP host dialog box

  (4) enter your credentials of new

  5) reconnect to the internet

  (6) click OK to you connect and download

Entonces, cada sitio developed should save the information del FTP in el that esta trabajando, very complicated tener than write the FTP ruta, the clave, etc. cada vez what quiera undergo archivos in el sitio of the client.

  The registered domain name must be the URL of the homepage of the site being downloaded.

  In your case, it would be 'www.canlaw.com/lawyers/ontario_lawyers '. For installation in the browser (and other features) work properly, so need to know the name of domain (aka) URL where the site is located.   If you create and save a file of muse in the Windows machine then you can certainly move this file to a MAC computer and open it without losing any linked document.

  Only thing that will happen is that you will receive a prompt on the opening of the file related to certain assets is missing. This will have no impact on the display of the site, but you can get rid of it by restoring the links files in the active panel.

Whenever I publish sites within the Muse, he turns off the Mobile and tablet in Mobile takes care of the support options under the settings menu of the Site.
