  adobe (and perpetual license) subscription programs are installed on your computer.  You need to be online for installation and activation, and then you must be online periodically thereafter.

  with a monthly subscription, one time every 30 days is necessary to maintain your activation.  for an annual subscription, all 91 days once is enough.  These checks online to check your license status.

• Reflow condition setting and photoshop

  So I have all the latest version of the software, I checked, double checked, leave CC and restarted. But I still don't get the generate reformatting option in the drop-down list of photoshop AND when I opened the reflow I click the icon of the PS in the right and simply to a launch of Adobe page. This is my first time using reflow and was really excited but it's a disappointment not be able to even begin!

  Part of it depends on the order that you have installed both programs. Generate flow option is installed by Setup of Relow and is not included in the installed Photoshop. If you have installed reflow first and then Photoshop plugin would not settle.

  Here is a link to set up the two programs. This page is a link that will download just the plugin if you want to reinstall just that. You can also try uninstalling and then reinstalling reflow and who will run the step to install the plugin in photoshop

  If the plugin is installed correctly, you should have a reflow.generate folder in your Photoshop plugins directory similar to the screenshot at the top of this post forumn:

• Adobe Contribute and Photoshop Elements 8 interrupt work with some automatic updates of Vista.

  With some Vista updates automatic Adobe Contribute and Photoshop 8 stop working until the moment where the programs must be uninstalled and reinstalled to operate again. After an automatic update, these two programs can be open to all, and an error message appears indicating that they must be reinstalled. Both programs are residing on a separate hard drive than the Vista operating system. This problem doesn't happen with every automatic update of Vista.

• Student about the versions of Dreamweaver and Photoshop on CC

  I recently signed up for CC for the teams as part of a summer course that I take my multimedia Production called University.  I received and activated the following message appears in my email:

  OK, well.  It is said that once I have download, I would have free access to Dreamweaver and Photoshop as long the class lights (8 weeks).  Then I do all this; I have downloaded/installed CC for teams on my computer, and then once it is I downloaded/installed the latest versions of Photoshop and Dreamweaver, Dreamweaver CC 2015 and Photoshop CC 2015.

  But then, once I tried to download and install DW and PS, they are trial versions only, whereas they should be non-epreuve versions.  Quick glance:

  My question to Adobe customer service: Please help me!  I have absolutely no idea whatsoever about how to get to the correct version of DW and PS for my class.  The only other version that is still available is the one that must be purchased, which is not the version that we use for the class (I asked my teacher).  No one else in my class seem to have this problem.  What I did wrong, how can I solve this problem, and on the EARTH I'm looking for versions of the software that I need next week?

• Downloads of updated Photoshop CC 2015 and Photoshop CS6 continue to fail.  What is an Adobe problem?

  I tried to update my CC applications.  Lightroom CC 2015 has been a success but the Photoshop CC (2015) and Photoshop CS6 continually fail.  No explanation, just says no: contact Customer Support.  Any ideas?

• CC of Photoshop and Photoshop CC2014 both installed

  Somewhere along the line to confuse the versions and updates to day I unintentionally found myself with CC Photoshop and Photoshop CC2014 both installed. Since Photoshop CC is in my dock and I open it right there, I did not notice for a while. I'm assuming that 14 is the new version of the other, odd, it was not installed on the former. Just uninstall the older one that make sure that all plugins and settings are moved? Are there pitfalls to this or any question I am not aware? A little baffled how the update process gave rise to it in the first place...

  With Creative Cloud 2015, earlier versions must be uninstalled by default, and all preferences and settings migrate to the new version. If you choose to keep the old versions around or change if the settings are migrated to the new version, you have the possibility to do so as part of the installation process. Please refer to:

  choose to remove previous versions of creative Cloud applications or leave them installed.

• Why my wifes computer now has CC on it?  She has that Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements.  We do not have the CCS.

  Two questions:

  (1) computer my wife now has CC on it?  She has that Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements.  Both independent purchased programs.  Received on his computer through an update to one of these programs?

  (2) I have CC photography.  I also have Acrobat X.  In my CC interface he keeps trying to make me the Acrobat DC UPDATE, I did not.  I removed it and it deleted my Acrobat X.  I reinstalled.  It's something to try to get me to buy CDS?

• Why not then Acrobat and Photoshop displays a picture linked a .ai or .pdf, but Illustrator don't?

  I have a .ai file and a PDF of a drawing made by someone else.  They both include a bound .jpg and the .psd who was not given with the files.  I understand the concept of linked vs. embedded files and therefore understand why Illustrator 'impossible' to view these images.  My question is this: why Photoshop and Acrobat PEUT open a file very well and show two images related to full resolution?  Which leads to the question "why Illustrator do not appear these related files, if other programs PEUVENT?

  Illustrator can do that as well. But you must import the file HAVE specifically. You must create a new Illustrator file and then place the file existing in it. Then you access the embedded PDF.

  Yes, that offered only 'contains' a Lightroom 6 upgrade, because it has not yet been made public. But when he gets out, he will be available for installation and download if you are in terms of creative photography cloud.

• Photoshop and Photoshop cc cc 2014

  I received the new Photoshop CC 2014 but installation did not remove Photoshop CC so I now have two programs of 1 GB + and have no idea why they are there. Where a question.

  Is Photoshop CC 2014 a super set of the features Photoshop CC? Or are there Photoshop CC features not in the version of 2014? Is there a reason to keep two versions? If this is not the case, why has the install not removed the CC version when it installed the CC 2014 version?

  I have only a limited amount of space on my MacBook Pro SSD and do not want to throw over a GB of space for no reason. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  There are some important changes.  Flash has been deleted, so if you have all the extensions, custom and all xmp panels which needs Flash, it does not work with 2014.  The oil paint filter has also been removed, so the id that you use a lot, you might want to hang on to 14.2 to access it.  There are a few new features, but I don't know how much they rely on new hardware of the computer, but it is always best to check that everything works.

  BakaraPhoto is correct, creative cloud application and Photoshop CC are not comptiable for mobile devices like Tablet.

  However, Photoshop soft touch is developed for the iPad and Android devices.

• Can I retrieve a picture from a video (in Lightroom 3 and Photoshop CS5)?

  I am running Windows 7 and Photoshop CS5 and Lightroom 3.  Extract an image of one. MOV file is way over my head, but I want to try.  Right now the file is in Lightroom, but the options ' open in ' are grayed out.  I exported the file on my desktop and I can play the video with Windows Media Player.  I bet that somewhere, somehow, there's a way to do what I want.  Help, ideas or references would be very appreciated!

  When you say "Extract an image", do you mean save one executives as an image in Photoshop?

  Here's what you can do:

  1. open the video in Photoshop file > open and select the .mov file.

  2. once the video opens in Photoshop, open the Animation Panel, window > Animation

  3. in the Animation Panel, move the playhead to the desired image, and then save it as an image, file > save as.

  and Voila!
