  The question mark has nothing to do with your subscription at the end. The question mark on your records indicates that Lightroom cannot find the photos, because they have been moved or renamed, or delete outside of Lightroom.   There may be a setting on your router you can disable IPv6.  Try this and also disable IPv6 on your NIC again.

  Roxio CD and DVD is NOT a part of Vista, but it may have come with other software on your PC from the manufacturer.  When you crashed, how are you on the recovery?  Did you do a clean reinstall?  Did you use a recovery disk provided by the manufacturer or a recovery Partition created by the manufacturer, or have you used a Vista disk?

  If you used disks of recovery or a recovery of the manufacturer Partition, then you need to discuss with them because they produce these discs - not Microsoft (and they may be able to solve the problem or refer you to a site where you can download the program or email the file to you or something - or send you the replacement of the recovery with the software on this disc so always available - possibly for one) small fee).  If you used a Microsoft disc, then this program is not on the disc and why he is not installed more.
