  I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused, however the pane on the right is a central element of the user interface & can not be disabled permanently.

  Donal thanks. Look again I can see what I was going to hurt. I was clicking "Next" rather than "submit" after each question. Thinking about it, I assumed that 'next' lets back you to the questions that you might want to mull over.

• How to manage quiz review buttons retry

  When you use the quiz review options and try again for training online, the quiz button try again shows that when a user fails a quiz. If the user at the first click on button of revision quiz quiz try again button is no longer available when the user returns to the quiz results slide. Is it possible to make the key of exam questions only appear when the user successfully completes a quiz? If I leave these two buttons, as they are and have the quiz the value infinite attempts, the user would be unable to ever try the quiz and complete it successfully to review the answers, which makes the module locked for always in a State of ongoing.

  EDIT: Apparently this has something to do with my LMS not reset the recovery quiz button when a user closed the module. I tested it in another environment and after first review the quiz, close the module, and then re-opening of the resumed quiz button module returns. So I still need some sort of help to find ways to allow people to review and to resume the quiz without getting stuck.

  In my course, I hide the quiz of revisions on the button under the Retake Quiz button.  This means that unless the user has exhausted all right tests or managed to passed the test of course, they do not see the button Quiz review at all.

• Quiz questions mixed with Drag & Drops - Quiz review issue

  Hello

  Is there a way to show the right answers for a drag and drop exercise if the learner chooses wrong?  My problem is that I have an evaluation with different types of questions (Multiple, Matching and Drag & Drop choice questions).  When the test ends and the click of the learner "Review Quiz", they can view their errors on Multiple choice and matching questions but not answers for fiscal drag-and - d├⌐poser.
  
  I tried to add a failure slide so that when the learner chooses bad, they jump to a slide of failure which shows the good answers/layout for drag / move.  The problem I have is once that the learner reviews the results of question Multiple choice and matching, there is no next button on the last slide of the question, if the review stops right in the middle.

  I was hoping there is a way to let the learner to make two attempts to the drag / move, and once the learner has used all attempts and is always incorrect, the learner can click a button to auto-submit to see the D & D response.

  I use 8 Captivate and my ratings are based on the web so I'm not using an LMS System.

  Interaction in D & D, even if configured as a question slide, has still not all of the features of the normal question slides. If I find a solution to your problem, will post as soon as POSSIBLE.

• "Right answer" for questions?

  I'm new on connect and was just looking at some of the functions of reports available. I went to the party 'Issues' from the reports tab for a demo session I ran last week and see all survey questions that I had run listed. When I click on "view answer Distribution...". "for a survey question to type multiple choice under 'User responses', where it breaks down every choice and the number of people who chose that answer, there is also a column that says"Right answer"and all the choices have a red X (see screenshot below). I went back into my meeting and examined the survey questions to see if somewhere, I had missed the definition of a "correct" answer option but see nothing. Obviously for a lot of times a survey may not question "correct" answer, but in this case I had actually setup the survey questions to operate as a regular multiple-choice question, there was actually a real good answer.

  Can someone explain to me why this "Right answer" column appears, and what it's for? Or how I might be able to use?

  Survey in the Connect room questions are considered the survey questions, which means that there is no right answer. So this is how it is reported on the back-end, as you can see.

  If you want a correct answer to follow, then you will need to use presenter or Captivate to create quiz questions with correct answers. So when you talk about a presentation with a quiz on one of these tools, you will see a break of correct and incorrect responses.

  I am very new to Captivate. When I click on the quiz Review button while previewing the Captivate project and the LMS there is no button next to the screen. Only when you go out and re-enter the draft the following button appears.

  In this case, you need the Clear key, to be able to drag the button following under this clear"" key. In this way, the user cannot click the next button during the quiz, because it is covered. During the review, the "Clear" button disappears automatically and the next button appears.

  Apparently the white theme was messed up, because the button is gone. Themes that you work with are in a file copied to the assets\Layouts of public documents\Adobe\eLearning. You will probably see that the date on the White.cptm has been changed. You can restore the original theme to the original Layouts folder that you find in the Captivate under the Gallery installation folder.   The two of you have helped me on my intial posts two and I want to make sure you got two credit for the right answers. Can I do this?

  At present, there are three possible awards of aid:

  There are two answers to "Fairly useful" 5pt and one "Correct" answer of 10pt.

  Also mark the question as 'Response', but the OP can do, without awarding any points to anyone.

  Personally, the most important of these functions is the 'response' indicated to others, who might have the same or similar problem, the answer is in the thread. I ask still posters to return to their son, with updates, and a report on what he has worked for them, even if this resolution has come from another forum. The functions of the forum at two levels: a messages with a problem and I hope it gets resolution. Then others come, will search and find something similar to their problem and read maybe the answer in the current thread and never need to post. Third, much, me included, come to the forums to learn something, if a thread on a problem I've ever known, or material I've ever used, or workflow I've ever known, can teach me new things.

  In regards to the 'rewards', most of us do what we do, to help others, and this is the reward. A "thank you, that worked," is what motivates us. All points are lagniappe.

  After you install Firefox 5, the window drop-down bookmarks menu has changed. Firstly, the area to the right of the name of the file is extremely large. Second, when you click on a file, including the bookmark links, list screen bookmarks covers the names of files, making it impossible to simply scroll to the list of file name.

  Firefox 4 and later versions will automatically adjust the width to the length of the longest name.

  You can scroll all bookmarks in the list and shorten the names to reduce the total width.
