  Is there a way to give each set of questions their own slide of results?

  You can use an interactive object (button, click box, form) and the command 'Open URL of file' and point to the cptx file. It is important that you keep all the files in the same folder and the path to the parent of the file. Publication, same scenario: keep everything in the same folder when downloading. CP stands to be linked SWF.

• I have a group of tabs stuck in the bar of tasks, it does not open.

  I had 2 groups of tabs. A group opens and works, but the other is stuck in the taskbar. I can click on it, or do a right click and then restore, but does not open the window containing this group of tabs. The other group works very well. I left Firefox, then restarted Firefox (15.0.1) same thing, here, in the taskbar, but does not open. Also restarted Windows Vista, then Firefox without result. Any ideas?

  Well, I'll be, I right click the taskbar group & then maximize the success, that worked. I use tabs to group for some time, has never had to do before.

• Links of search results Google does not load (not a direct new problem)

  Simple problem:
  1 enter a term for Google to search for (either using the Google toolbar installed or via his landing page).
  2. the results are returned correctly.
  3. However, the returned links open in the same tab of search result, or in a new tab or a new window.
  4. Select the link in the search results tab does nothing. Firefox seems to be a momentary load try before remaining in the same place.
  5. launch the link in a new tab/window returns a Google long-chain based on the prefix (i.e. www.google...) address in the navigation of an empty tab/window.
  6 addresses returned by the search can be copied and pasted into new tabs/windows to load without a problem. Research process of Google to normal using this query works since IE every time.

  Note that this is not the Google redirect problem that many users have encountered, but something different.

  Suggestion of John99 above that the cause of the problem is a problem of update of Google I think is correct. The discussion link: https://support.mozilla.org/forums/contributors/708153 indicated that Mozilla is working with Google and that a cancellation would be promulgated.

  Although I can say this was done because the Google search function works again (from 4 PM MDT). I tried with some queries from first time and they worked as announced. All features have been restored.

  (For the record, cookies were already on my machine but I clear them and hide according to the first answer - that didn't work. No other solves above I only implemented. "So as far as I'm concerned, he was a"problem of Google", it was a"fix Google").

  Hope that affected everyone else now has the same experience. Thanks to those who offered their intelligence.

• Lightroom CC - Export slide show to video does not work

  I'm desperately trying to export my slide show to a video. Export launch but the progress bar does not, even after half an hour.

  When I export to a pdf, everything goes correctly, the promotion progress bar of the shows the progress of the job and the file is created.

  Configuration of my:

• Work of slides, but preview/publish does not

  I have a project with 36 blades. Each slide works / playing as an individual slide. Captivate project created a PPT.

  When I saw the craps on slide 9 project (crashes) or publish (goes black and stops).

  Slide 9 parameters are like 8.

  Problems with all the blades after 8 and before a demo of the software. The demo works.

  I use Captivate 8 on Windows 7.

  Any thoughts with these details as to what is happening?

  There is a reason for this behavior.  Your job is to find using a process of elimination.

  Start hiding slides and republication to locate that slide (when hidden) must contain the number.  If hide all the slides at one point still does not eliminate the problem, then try to remove or deactivate Variables and advanced Actions.  Sometimes their name can be at the origin of the conflict, or else they were corrupted.

  Once you have located the slide or other objects that cause the problem, delete or rebuild.

• At the exit of the slide - Action A4 No. does not

  I want my user to have to click on the navigation button forward to move to the next slide in my film.

  I chose "no action" for each release of slide, and I the OCD Study self-paced, but captivate continues to advance its own.

  Does anyone have a solution?

  Question for you here. Have you fallen into the invisible trap?

  What is the invisible trap? Well, click on the boxes are invisible by their very nature. But some authors see the check box labeled Visible under the Options tab and decide that they should delete it in order to ensure that the Viewer does not see it.

  

  The problem is this setting is used in conjunction with advanced Actions. Click boxes are already invisible to the Viewer.

  So if you have disabled this option, you will need to enable it. And that would explain why the break is not implemented.

  You must also make sure than the break option up to what the user clicks is activated.

• Urgent! Script of jargon to display dynamic slides in the projector does not

  I've developed a lingo than fileIO uses script to count the number of BMP files in a directory, then jargon creates dynamic actors and then I create a newMember (#bitmap) and importFileInto allows to load BMP images dynamically in the cast. It all works very well within the Director! However, when I publish to a projector not load or not to display the slides for some reason any. I also made sure to include each extra under the Sun with the projector, but it still does not work. I'm including the code that I am running below. I'm at the end of the project and thought, that everything has been well-oiled. All ideas are welcome!

  Believe it or not, I've been tracking the issue. There seems to be some kind of problem with some commands from an other Xtra I was using. I have the resolution running Xtra which allows to force the resolution of the screen among other things. I put comment lines

  -disable_task_switching (xResolution)
  -hide_taskbar (xResolution)
  -hide_desktop (xResolution, 0, 0, 0

  After his comments on these lines, my images loaded fine. Very strange problem and I have informed the author of the resolution xtra on this problem.

• Continue the Quiz results button does not.

  On the Quiz results page, if someone clicks on the button continue, there is no little matter of success or failure.  I have these settings:

  

  55 and 44 slides exist.  Any ideas?

  What framework do you have for Quiz > settings > required combo?  It could be the cause of the issue.  If this option is not set to optional, try and repost to see if the continue button then works.

• Condition of additional results work does not correctly for the parameters

  TestStand 2014

  Trying to connect a parameter only if the status of the step is "failure" will not save the setting when the step will actually fail.  On the other hand, variables with the same State will record very well.

  The sequence attached illustrates this.  Basically I have a sous-suite that returns a random number and a string as parameters.  I use the random number to evaluate against my limits for the test call.  I want to save the parameter of string only if the step fails.  So I put as an additional result, then assign the condition

  Step.Result.Status == "failed".

  The data never show on the report.

  But when I put a result additional explicit with the same local variable and put the same exact condition it appears on the report when the step fails.

  I'm puzzled as to why settings will not open a session to this condition, but additional explicit results work fine with the same State.

  Any thoughts?

  Condition for additional result of the parameter is evaluated before the State sequence is set to failure. The 'out' parameter additional results are evaluated probably just after the code module, so if the status of the step is not changed by the call of code module, then it will always be "Running".

  I can see how it would be nice if it worked the way you ask, but keep in mind for input/output parameters it is usually the same expression/variable to both the 'in' and 'out' additional result, so it is important to the time at which the result is recorded. It must be done before calling code module for 'in' settings and after the call of code module to 'out' parameters to reflect the State of the variables to these points in time. I think that the intention is that the additional result for settings must reflect the State of the variables at the point in time immediately right before the call for 'in' settings and immediately after the call to 'out' parameters So if you want to connect under certain conditions a value based on the status (where the State is not changed directly by the code module), with the help of a result extra ordinary as you discovered is probably the best way to go.

  Maybe for the parameters we might delay logging to the end, but which may result in a change of behavior if the variable state changes again once before that. If you want us to consider or have another idea for how to handle this better please let us know or maybe post something to the exchange of ideas.

  Another possibility is that we could temporarily connect the results before and after the code module, but then not assess the condition to the end and throw the recorded result if the condition is false. Who can still cause a change in behavior although if "Value of Log" expressions have side effects.

  Hope this helps clarify things.

• Why additional results stage does not meet the test report

  I have a file of sequence with several subsequences and I can't using step of additional results. I use the step of additional results in a subsequence and the specified results are added to the report test, but when I use the additional results stage on the main sequence, that nothing is added to the test report.

  There that something is off on the main sequence, which prevents additional results to add to the test report? I use the sequential model.

  The problem seems to be that the Locals.ResultList variable has been removed from your sequence. No results can be entered only if this variable exists.

• How can I stop Vista Service Pack 1 download... its stuck at 83% and clicking stop installation does not work

  How can I stop Vista Service Pack 1 download?  I tried to download the service pack one and its deadlock in 83%...after 5 hours I hit stop installation, but it just gray out and don't stop - I'm afraid to restart because don't know what will happen.  Help, please... I think that probably Norton it stopped completely download so I'm cutting of norton, but nothing is happening because I think that the serivce pack is stuck in the loop.  Any advice would be greatly apprecaited.  Can I reboot? Can I go back to a restore point?  Thank you

  This problem may be due to Norton or other software. You can restart the computer and check. If all goes well, you should be able to boot to the desktop without any problem.
  The error message in the event viewer can point to the program which caused this problem.

  I am running an ADF application in the latest version of jdev (12.1.3) and I've been following this thread (need autoSuggestBehavior 'No results found' text to be translated) where it is explained how to override the 'No results found' in the autoSuggestBehavior component.

  Does anyone know if substitute this message in skin bundle still work? I'm fighting, but it did not.

  I just understood what the problem was. It was a browser cache issue. I just opened a new window incongnito in google chrome and it works. Probably this kind of message should be compressed and cached in the browsers.

• The find and replace in files results window does not close in RoboHelp 10.

  I ran a search / replacement just to locate the help files where the word "codec" appeared.  I just clicked on search for anything and did not specify what it is to ' replace by '.

  He found two files.  I closed the Find dialog box and replace Options, but the results window remains open.  It is located on my second monitor, and the upper part of the window is off the screen so I can't click on a close button in the title bar - if there is one.

  I closed and reopened the RoboHelp left and rebooted my workstation project.  The window remains open.  Not only in the project where I did the research, but in each RoboHelp project I tried this opening day.

  How can I get rid of this window?

• xsl:result - document does not?

  Hi all

  I develop a structured application I need to split my FM file into a number of separate XML output files. Using xsl:result - document works very well outside FM, but when you use the same XSL from inside FM it not there no outcome document. I tried to run it on a network drive and on a local disk, but that doesn't seem to make a difference. I spend the XSLT processor by default in the maker.ini file to use the Saxon XSL 2 processor, so it can't be the problem. I guess it has something to do with Windows privileges in the creation of new files, but how those who differ for the program when it creates a new file and the same program that performs an XSLT processor that creates a new file.

  If someone used xsl:result - document with success in the treatment of the results of FM, let me know what was the thing.

  OK, I found the cause of the problem. xsl:result - document actually work but shit place convention Windows to use the backslash oblique (and letters of drive instead of volumes names) used in the causes of the real world of the computer problems by setting the correct path. At least I know where to look for a solution now. Thanks anyway.
