  Hello I have CS6 on Windows but have just myself treated to an iMac and would like to change my platform, I looked on the help of Adobe and they say that it is posible but. Need to contact Adobe and it will do the necessary. When I followed the link, it of say that Photoshop is not coverled through telephone support, can someone point me in the right direction to get to this sorting?

  You can indeed make a swap of platform for CS6. Details on how to proceed are in this help document: a product of Adobe for another language or version of Exchange platform.

  I note, by clicking the link "contact us" in this document that the telephone support option seems to be disabled. Traditionally, a hotline was available for account related issues, even for older software like CS6. By clicking around, it seems that the telephone link is cut across the Board, so maybe there's a problem? In any case, you should be able to work through the Exchange against a representative of the conversation. If you prefer to talk to someone on the phone, you can try the CS6 sales number, which is located on this page.   How the window can recognize a unix file?

  Oracle import recognizes an Oracle export dumpfile. Export of landfills are platform independent. (as long as you take care to copy the dump if BINARY mode file using FTP).

  Your question indicates that you have no experience with Oracle import OR with file transfer between Unix and Windows (for example using FTP).

  I still don't understand what you're saying, but if you ask where the server gets its zone, it is the environment where you start the server. So you typically need to set the TZ variable. If you do not, the default value can vary and be very confusing. I saw a place that started under the c shell, and the default value for this os and shell was CST, while everything else was PST, and nobody could understand why some things have been, depending on whether the db started automatically or manually. You can also set it with the create database statement. See your documentation for zoneinfo and guide globalization to customize time zone data.

  I don't know who, but some versions of java db (certainly 10gr 2) and EM have various problems with time zone time and the light of day.

  I use the platform apple & Os for 20 years now. I'm a programmer in C on Unix platform engineer at my job.

  I worked on MacPro 2010 with MacOS 10.11.4 when the problem occurred.

  I'm french, MacOs and any other application was set to french.

  I was working on Xcode 7 (I don't think Xcode is the link to my problem) when notification arrived. This notification, there is a button named "Check", I clicked on, without enter my admin password, something to start the installation. I tried to quit smoking without success, so I used the shortcut Cmd + Alt + Esc to kill the process. Meanwhile, restarted Safari, and it is now defined in English. I also saw that all other applications are now defined in English except the Finder that it still in french.

  There two session on my mac (me and my girlfriend) with the privileges of Directors. On its session, all applications are correctly defined french.

  On my session, I tried to go to the system preferences-> languages to change the language for the french. No way to add french. When I click on the Add button, I see the list of all languages, I select the french and select 'use the french', but nothing changes, and the English language is always the only value in the list. Added no french, and all applications remain in English. Using the terminal and the command line tools to change the language does not change the language.

  I've updated the operating system MacOs Sierra, I always have the same question.

  So my question is this: How do I set up the french language? What is the french language is still installed on my system? Is it possible to install languages without having to reinstall the entire operating system?
