  Our 2 users run programs simultaneous self-billing and he made our 4 processors (quad core) Server spike at all 100%
  We just bounced back the Oracle Apps but it get very slow. Is it possible to set the program auto-facture?

  You can schedule this script from the OS to run before the time you decided to submit simultaneous program. However, according to me, that is not a realistic solution, please consider stopping and bringing some CM upwards each time that you must run the cmclean.sql script.

  Is there a cmclean as a simultaneous program? Did you making your own?

  Inter project billing may be used in the same business unit.
  Intercompany billing can be used only in operating units.

  Inter billing project means the provider organization is supported a separate supplier.
  With intercompany billing provider organization is responsible for the same project from the receiving organization.

  With inter, project billing provider can charge the receiver in any billing method as any proposed contract. With intercompany billing billing are based on transfer pricing rules which can be applied only to actual expenditures of the Organization of the provider.

  It depends on the configuration of the user's email account.  To view this setting open the mail application, choose Options from the menu, select Email reconciliation and check the option delete on for this e-mail account.
