  Good day everyone, as the title said, I feel random stops with mu MBP 3.1

  A couple of months, I've had a GPU problem which I fixed by replacing the motherboard with a chip 'improved '.

  It happens any time the battery is it not and it's the same with the charger. Replaced ram with Owc units.

• [FB4/AIR] Strange border at the bottom of the windows

  Can someone tell me why my main window of AIR (< s:WindowedApplication >), but also a separate NativeWindow (open via window.open ()) contain both a gray rectangular border at the bottom. I have attached a picture showing the border (red line) and also marked their with a 1 & 2. The border appears also at design time. I have attached a picture of this as well.

• Line style for border as a certificate?

  I would like to find a plug-in (if it exists) that can do the same thing in Illustrator CS4 (for the PC) I can do in Quark: make a border rectangular (border frame, or page) that resembles a border engraved diploma or the guarantee. In Quark, you draw a rectangle shape, then go to the point/Style/modify/block, and set the style and the stroke. There are the usual widths and points and borders, as well as fancier styles called contour "Yearbook," 'Certificate', "Plain of decoration", etc., that you can drag to resize; even a very complex design, such as the certificate that looks a lot like old patterns, guilloche, or serious will adjust to fit perfectly to the corners when you drag. Currently, the only way I can create a border as it should do in Quark, save in EPS and then open it in Photoshop. I especially like the border of certificate, and I was hoping when I've updated since CS2 Illustrator included this capability, but it didn't, so I wondering if anyone knows of other ways to do this - even in another Creative Suite program, such as InDesign? I guess that's a "feature request", but thanks for your suggestions!

  Recently, I saved an old Macbook 5.1 (13 in 2008) of a parent. The laptop has been abused, dropped enough solidarity to fold the chassis; DVD Player cannot be used or installed replacement. But with the damage he still roared to life, the wonderful thing about the MS Word 2011, General OS operations such as printing, networking, iPhoto, iTunes, email... etc. Using only browsers are originally random diversions and restarts; Sometimes I get the grey screen.

  If there is any data currently stored on the MacBook, which is not replicated elsewhere, getting backups going.   Right away.   Set up and use Time Machine, or use any other backup tools that you have installed or configured.   Computers and disks fail inevitably and automated and scheduled backups reduces the risk to your data.   Computers that are flaky can be browsed because of hardware problems, too.

  According to Mactracker, memory in this system should be to 1 066 MHz and 1600 MHz.  I would check that.  If it is a quirk in the reports Etrecheck or MacTracker is wrong or bad memory?   I open the access to the DIMMS and check the part number for the memory modules.  Bad memory can and variously will cause problems.   Max memory for this particular configuration was third with 8 GB or 4 GB with memory Apple.  If you are willing to spend money on the Mac and you have verified that it is the bad memory, price then a part of the own memory and are planning to replace it.

  Take a look at the - plant - kernel panics at the end of the report Etrecheck, and see if something obvious or common causes the problem.

  A Mac physically twisted can also have any number of other problems, either a bad connection or a connection that becomes intermittent when heated or the problems that arise when a lot of memory - browsers are known to use a lot of memory - is in use, too.  Swapping the memory cannot solve these accidents, in other words.

• Clicking noise rMBP 13 "Early 2015

  My brand new Macbook Pro w / Retina display makes weird clicking metallic noise every time in some time even when placed on a flat surface. Even if I unplug everything including the load and mouse cable and watch a video with the sound turned off, or browse the internet, it always makes noises, (like the metal touch metal type sound) around 5 - 6 times a day. It is generally low, but it is still very annoying.

  There is no HARD disk that could cause it. Well that sounds quite similar.

  If you use a similar laptop, please report if you can hear all sounds (not exactly these) in a similar configuration, say, in 1 hour, by navigating with a mouse and not even touch.

  I have the same kind of problem. I have a ticking noise similar to that of the hard drive with one click. It seems completely random, but I think that it is connected to the fan. I heard the sound of click while closing off the PC and when the fan speed increase. But it's completely random and unpredictable.

  I have my U3014 set to a very low (~ 30%) because of where I work. Sometimes, when I am quickly scrolling pages with text on white background, random rectangular sections of the monitor back to max brightness for about 2 seconds before returning to normal which fairly quickly became irritating. First of all, what is this problem? Second, how to fix it (get a new monitor?)?

  Don't forget to test the U3014 if you have enabled EVS (Smart video improve) off the coast.

• I have lost the canvas or the main screen of my Photoshop. All shows are the toolboxes PS bars and layers.

  I am not able to find an answer as to how to get the PS canvas back. Someone has replied to a similar question by indicating perhaps by using the tab, shift + control keys may have done the screen disappear and the person who had the problem said that is what has solved its problem.

  Nowhere in this question / answer was the solution revealed, on the way to undo this action to go on the Web.

  About my question, the last thing I did while running PS used the keys "Shift-command-3' to take screenshots of full of pictures from the internet. Later, when I tried to use PS it was noted that the screen PS or canvas had disappeared, with the exception of all toolbars, PS and boxes.

  Can can someone please help me with this? If my use of the SHIFT, command or tab keys disappear and then how to undo that? When I try the tab key makes the ps toolbars and boxes disappear and I can get them by clicking on the icon of the PS, but the Web remains out of sight and my Macbook Office, that's what shows behind the toolbars of PS.

  I rebooted several times with negative results. I'd be very grateful if someone of you could please take a moment to help me with this. Thank you!

  For vector illustrations (if you are referring to the object), you can use the appearance palette flyout and adds a new line (you can add several ones with desired weight of race and color (and transparency > opacity may be set to 0%).) You can drag the new line below the filling to have only the outer ring of half of it appear (so you will need to double the weight race).

  For images with transparency raster, you can redraw the outside contour with the right tools (Pen Tool, Ellipse tool, what is appropriate), or you can Auto/Live Trace the outer contour (you may need to develop) and then apply whatever the race weight, color, whatever, you want.

  For raster with just a rectangular border images, you can object > flatten transparency, then separate and flatten transparency and apply the stroke to the path that was a clipping mask. You can use the object > offset by half the weight of the race if you want the path outside of the frame. There may be other ways in the new version (s).
