  Hi, while writing an email online using Firefox 3.6.3, I was using one of the "CTRL + left arrow or right" to move the cursor on the text. I must have pressed some other key because the screen has become huge - and I can't scroll vertically or horizontally, which makes the pages of Mail of Hotmail impossible. I have connected since using the Explorer MSFT and it works very well. This problem occurs only on the page of Mail of Hotmail Live not on the home page or other.
  Could you please let me know if there is a problem with Firefox, or if you have any advice on how to restore the appearance of Hotmail in Firefox?

• When you try to watch videos on YouTube and other sites of the screen is completely green.

  When you try to watch on different websites such as YouTube videos, the screen is completely green. I can hear the audio but no visual. This does not happen with all videos, but it is quite common for me. When I try to watch the same videos with Internet Explorer, they work fine. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

  I have a MySQL table with 3 columns, all INT. I need to calculate the first 2 entries and enter the AMOUNT in the database.

  I know not how to calcualte the values in PHP (for the presentation of data), but I do not know how to tweek form insert DreamWeacer tool to insert the SUM of the values of the first two...

  for example

  a. value = '1 '.

  b. value = '2 '.

  calculation of c. = "a + b".

  Can anyone help?

  Why? It is totally redundant. Just keep the first two values. As long as they are saved, you can always calculate the sum.

• No sign of entry on the screen

  Sound of my laptop was not working so I decided to update the software. Then it froze with the wheel of color and finally rebooted but froze again and no poster now a no sign of entry. What can I do? I tried to restart it and followed the different directions of the internet.

  I recently had a similar problem and had a no sign of entry when I try to start my mac, I found it was to do with FileVault, the origin of the problem, I discovered this and it worked for me, it may be useful

  This will help only if the problem is caused by FileVault.

  To confirm that FileVault is the startup on cmd - r problem, select reinstall OS X, follow up when you select the drive to install the operating system. If it says "FileVault ongoing conversion.

  You should contact the developer or the Publisher of the game on their Web site.  You can find more information at csi.ubi.com, they have a patch for the game that corrects this problem, or they may not know a work around.

• Why jumps to cursor in other parts of the screen or work every time that I am seized of text?

  This intermittent problem occurs alone whenever I tap on the text boxes on applications like Facebook, browser forms, (it just happened while I'm typing this).  It's annoying because whenever that happens, I have to search where the cursor is and delete typos that followed (keys typed in the wrong place).  I am a PC technician, but I can't understand what is the cause.

  My laptop is a dv6 - 6167cl Pavilion Entertainment PC, Windows 7 Professional.  I'm regularly using a Logitech M325 wireless mouse.

  I would appreciate any help/info on this issue.

  Have you tried to update the Synaptics driver? There is a thread here http://goo.gl/6c7f7 which gives steps on how to do (I'm not sure if you have 32 or 64 bits or drivers would connect)

  In addition, it never hurts to update the BIOS. Have a look here http://goo.gl/55hSe for instructions

  I found a thread on the forums of Windows 7 for this problem too many http://goo.gl/JfNaK who can help if the two things above don't.

• Application server: duplicate entries for the same machine in the screen "select a Mac".

  The application Sever on one of my computers has several duplicate entries in the initial screen "choose a Mac" that appears just after the launch of the application server where you choose the particular Mac which you want to connect.

  My server is in the local IP 10.0.0.5, but there are two entries for it in the list for a reason any, as you can see here:

  

  I can choose is entered to connect without a problem. They seem to be legitimate duplicates. So I would like to remove one of them.

  Does anyone know where these entries are stored in the file system, or how to remove one of them in the list?

  You can manually edit the plist, or simply remove to rebuild the entire list:

  Dear users, I really need help with this, and sorry if I'm creating something repeated, but I cound not find another like that.

  I m working in a site with a sliding menu and two different modes (desktop and mobile).

  
  

  On the desktop computer:

  The sliding menu works very well and several other controls on the page or widgets work too. But the target composition´s box is greater than some elements and Don t enable these controls. I designed the page layout to avoid interference (in most cases).

  Mobile (cell phone):

  The sliding menu completely occupies the area of content and item target hides all items. For example, accordion on a layer below, for example, does not.

  Basically, I'm working with three layers: "Menu", "header", and "content". Navigation (such as arrows) are on the layer "header". The content (such as text boxes or accordions) can be found below, on 'content' layer.

  How can I solve this problem (without content leaving appears on the menu, change layers order).

  The container target if above other content then it would default behavior, you must work with layers and present the content to be active.

  Even with any phone, any content you want to view should go with the top layer.

(looks like it tries to run in multi-monitor mode sort - but the system has never put up for that, my cursor handles also away from the screen to my right and taskbar are low down and unable to increase... any suggestions?) I tried to play with the resolution settings, but that does not solve the problem

  Well the reason why I think why your taskbar are cut is very likely due to the monitor settings. On your monitor, you should see a series of buttons. Try to play with them and watch the screen for something like auto or something in that sense. If you do not then you will need to manually change the horizontal and vertical positioning. There are several other settings for the width and height, etc.

  And a question, is the video driver installed on the system?

• Crushed image on the screen

  I noticed that several other people had the same problem I encounter. The video in the monitor tab appears crushed. As you can see, just a bunch of video is displayed at the bottom of the screen.

  

  I have tried the suggestions in the other discussions, through the settings; form of pixel and elongation, types of files etc but I am a newbie to SpeedGrade, so is pretty hit and Miss.

  I checked the tecniques and my machine seems to reach or exceed the minimum requirements.

  I'm really stuck, no matter who has managed to solve this problem?

  Thanks to Frank Glencairn. He posted a solution that worked; for me at least. Finally... 3 days

  Go to the Windows Start button > click in search programs and files (search at the bottom of the menu drop-down bar) > type "Nvidia" > open the Nvidia Control Panel > 3D settings > manage 3D settings > (see image below) > you may need to add > SpeedGrade.exe > select high performance. Reset.

  MBM NVIDIA seems to load automatically many other programs CS6; simply not SpeedGrade.

• Pandora, Stitcher close if the screen is locked

  I recently bought a Logitech bluetooth speaker (which I love) but have encountered problems.

  The combined fine speaker and works very well. My Motorola send music via Bluetooth fine since the music player. But if I try to use a service of streaming (like Pandora or Stitcher) it only works when the screen is active. In other words, if the screen lock is activated the music will end shortly.

  I tried up to now change the battery profile, moving applications to the media, resinstalling Pandora box and manually screen lock (as opposed to let it expire). None of them have had no effect.

  I'm looking for suggestions.

  The phone is a Motorola MB855 (Photon on the Sprint network).

  Discovered the problem on another forum.

  Go to Applications > Task Manager.

  I never noticed this before tab - it says end of list. At the top of this page it says "apps on this end of the 2 minute list display times out after that."

  As you have probably guessed-Pandora and Stitcher were on that list. Now what I want to know why. I have them of course did not here!

• Yoga 2 Pro - keyboard is not activated when you open the lid of the screen after sleep

  My Yoga 2 Pro has very often problems to activate the keyboard when I open the screen.

  That's what I do:

  -work with Yoga 2 Pro

  -Close all applications and after that, I close the screen

  -After some time (maybe a few minutes or several hours) I open the screen

  -It will take a few seconds until the screen is turned on (which is expected)

  -at least 50%, the rest keyboard disabled. The backlight cannot be activated and the laptop does not notice any key. I'm unable to log :-(

  -J' I need to close the screen, it takes a few seconds - and when I open the screen for the second time, the keyboard is enabled - not always, but usually. But sometimes the keypad remains disabled, although I try the procedure several times. If that happens, I need to restart the machine.

  All the drivers are up to date.

  @Lenovo: Please indicate how to solve this problem! It's very annoying open-close-open-close-open-... the display up to what the keyboard is finally activated!

  Hi all

  I have a DESIRE DV6-7246us, just updated to upgrade to 8.1 WIndows, yesterday, display fell asleep and trampled, I now have a flickering horizontal line at the top of page 1/3 of the screen. It is a single horizontal line that appears to wrap the text what ever he is going through, around the other side of the screen.  windows 8.1 upgrade was completed Monday, and the line began yesterday.  The computer is stock, with a genuine copy of Windows.  Please help I have runa small business, and this computer is invoked daily.

  Hello again,

  I could solve the problem with an updated graphics AMD HD SP60282 driver.  The only horizontal line has disappeared since I updated the driver.  Previously, it did not matter if I rebooted or the monitor kept awake, it never disappeared.  Now everything works as it should.  The driver can be found by searching SP60282 on the HP site.
