I'm looking for in get a RD550 and need some answers. The RD550 is provided with support for HD? And if not, how can I find the FRU, I looked in the PSREF and did not find any number for the caddies?
Also, the document refers to a Backplane Kit before, is already installed or is it an add-on?

Ah, you're right. I forgot that they have changed their slightly for the new generation products.

An IBM technician came to my office this morning to change the motherboard on the server, and while he removed the components to change the motherboard, he realized that the heatsink was not even bolted to the socket! RD450 MMR, BMC, TSM TMM default username and password
Someone can point out the default username / password for the management system? Also, since it's ridiculously difficult to find these passwords, anyone have a list of all? We should post to keep them in one place. My favorite is the rd450 manual says to use the help inside the TMM to find info. Pretty hard to do when you can not connect.
