  As you have disabled the other versions, I suggest you to other or old versions of Java to uninstall and install Java Version 6 Update 17 and check the issue.

  Since I was able to install it with the versions on the website of SMARTTech, I thought you might be able to install this version as well.  However, study, I discovered that he is not the installation file, but how is uninstalled the previous version which allows an older version to install.

  Use the instructions to uninstall the Flash player provided by Adobe.  You will then be able to install the earlier version.

  I am trying to install the latest version of ITunes. I get the message "problem with Installer package" , that I managed to install ITunes 12.2.1.16 but something later gives me this message. I'm on Windows 10. Before that, I was on Windows 7 Professional but had exactly the same problem. I tried uninstall completely ITunes then reinstalled but can't install 12.2.1.16.   You must install first Windows XP and upgrade to Windows Vista.

  If you have a genuine copy of Windows XP, after you install Windows XP you can contact support for Microsoft's Activation to activate the copy of Windows XP.

  Can not coexist two versions of Adobe Presenter.

  Please uninstall the previous version of Adobe Presenter 8.

  Then install Adobe Presenter 9, it should work.

  Add me to the list of os x users who open not release yesterday of the bridge without crashing, there's NO WAY to reinstall a previous version of work through enforcement of the CC.  I am able to find a standalone installer for the CC2014 bridge (which worked) on the Adobe web page downloads.
