  I just bought a Satellite Pro A300 with Windows XP.
  I want to know how I can or if I need to create a recovery disk that will reset the machine to its original state.
  The information gives instuctions on how to proceed for the Vista machines, but not for XP.

  I know that I can recover from the hidden partition, but where this is not possible, I wish I could get CD or DVD.
  There is a recovery CD included product that says only: "MS Windows XP" so I guess that it does not include drivers or Toshiba Software?

  The recovery disk for the new series of laptops can be ordered here and you will have to pay for it:

  But if your laptop is a bit older so maybe an ASP in your country could help you order this disc

  In very rare cases you will not be able to order a disk if your computer laptop would be belongs to a series of abandoned

  In this case, you will need to install the OS from the MS Windows CD

  I have install disks for this program and I have no idea where to get them

  Vista recovery media obtain and/or use the Partition Recovery Vista on your computer to the factory settings .

  Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

  Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

  I have a Satellite A60 and my utils / driver disk is not in use.

  Is there anywhere I can download or there at - it somewhere that I can buy one?

  Especially the "FN" shortcut key will not work. I tried to download the utilities from the page drivers but its defo not to play ball.

  Any help on that would be great.

  If you are using Win XP on your laptop, you must install the Hotkey utilities for display devices and Hotkey Utility get the FN buttons work.
