  I checked the European driver of Toshiba download page, and it seems that your model is only taken in charge of Vista and not XP. :(

  In my view, should look on external Web sites drivers, or somewhere else.
  Or if you try the Mobility Modder to change the original ATI drivers (Google is your friend).
  But be very careful with this! These drivers don't have protection against overheating and the graphics card may be damaged.

  As much as I know there is no RAM Bay at the bottom of the unit and it is so just only one possible place to the RAM slots
  Slots seem to be hidden under the keyboard.

  In order to get access to the RAM, you will need to remove the keyboard.
  Usually, it is not very difficult but if you have no experience with this dismantling then you should ask a technician for assistance.

  But here's a few details;
  Keyboard is fixed with 2 screws. They are hidden under the cover of thin plastic under the line of F1 to F12 key.
  Remove the plastic cover, remove the screws, then you could remove the keyboard take note; the keyboard is connected to the motherboard with the flat cable.

  So don't use force!

  But it s on your own risk to use these drivers because they don t have a protection against overheating. The graphics card may be damaged.

  Either way, why you want to update the driver? You have some problems with the laptop (in games)?
  Sometimes it s useful to search for a patch or an update for the game and the OS.
