  You cannot save Adobe CS2 products as the CS2 products activation server is no longer available. To use a CS2 application, you must uninstall your existing application of CS2.

  Once done, please download and install the CS2 products from the link below. You cannot reinstall from your original disks.

It does not accept the serial number / activation code provided by Adobe, when we went in February 2013 - told me my CS2 has expired. No question!   Looks like a double problem!  But my CS2 did work on Vista.  I had no problem install or activate at all last year.  Until, to solve a different problem, HP wiped my computer and reinstalled Vista, but it was to me to reinstall my software.  This time, the computer said that it could not reactivate (although it did install without problems!) because my serial number is wrong.  It's not true.  Adobe used as useless for me for someone else, CS2, simply repeating that CS2 will not work on Vista, I should buy the new version, and then close the case.

• I need help to activate my old CS2 software

  I've been using my Photoshop CS for years and it works very well. Now, all of a sudden I have to re activate. It is not a bootleg or someone else. I bought the drive and the software. My problem is I click on use PS and it says I need to activate it. The screen shows only and the internet connection is detected and when I click Next, it starts to turn on and I see the bar moving but then it says activation systems is not available at this time.

  Then I tried another activation options, I click on activate by phone. A screen appears with the steps and my serial number and activation, code a code of activation type that says 'repair 5:12029.

  What do you with the mode 'sleep'? Do you mean the hibernation mode or the mode booth? What operating system do you use?

  Listen buddy. It's really not easy to say why it happens without running diagnostic tests. I think you should try to update the graphics driver and check if you are using the latest version of the BIOS. Two updates might be useful in resolving these issues

  I have a Satellite M40X-183. I tried to install Photoshop CS2 and it installs everything but the help files and I wait for hours complete the installation, but it is not. Before it took me a long time to set up but once I updated my toshiba software he showed some changes and installed more quickly but still stuck using the part files. It seems to install but it does not actually install anything this either fight the help files and I install Photoshop CS2 on my desktop from the cd, it works very well.

  It's really not easy to say what can be the problem. You will be very happy if someone has exactly the same problem and can give you some explanations. I have installed and tested a lot of different software on my Tecra and up to now, everything works fine.

  Problem is that Toshiba is not responsible for the non-Toshiba software and if no one can help you try to contact Adobe support.
