read mail

10.11.6 OSX

I have accidentlypulled a viewer at the bottom of the screen and no Inbox is more read the contents of any individual mail. I tried everything I know, and the display screen of the Inbox of messages will not raise up to let read me the body of the message.

So how do you raise the screen?

Place your mouse cursor just above the line at the bottom of the e-mail message window. The cursor should turn into a cross with the horizontal arrows. Drag this cross upwards or downwards according to the needs.

  • Window live mail 2011 - transfer mail to new computer-can't read mail

1 follow the instructions to export the email from your old computer (windows 7 + Windows Live Mail 2011) in direct window for external hard drive format.

2 import the e-mail of the hard drive to the new computer, window live mail (2011). In the box is with more than 3,000 mail and sent with the mail from 1900.

    3. a new folder to import the mail with the email account is located at the bottom of the right column.

    4. when I check in the folder, no mail is located in the folder.

What can I do to see every email and attachment?

    K.W.T.

I can't solve the problem to import mail from the export file.

But I try to set up a new IMAP email account in the old computer and copy mail in the new e-mail account.

Configure the IMAP email account in the new computer, then copy mail to e-mail records. Of course, after this work, I deleted the IMAP account.

    Thanks to the support.

  • Is it possible to change color or "read" the mail in the Inbox?

Bad eyesight cause the "BOLD" mail new impression of being difficult to distinguish from the reading mail. not even new monitor, but it's always hard to see the difference. The color of the font can be changed on reading mail?

Yes.  You can go to tools | Rules of messages and to set up a new message rule for "all messages", then highlight with color and then you can set the color there.  When messages arrive in your Inbox, you can see them in a different color to better distinguish them.  There was a former MVP OE, that allows to define colors for different people, so he would know when everyone sent him a message, just by the color.

  • Windows Mail has just started my mail read the deletion if I go into Inbox to any other box in Windows mail. I need a fix!

Don't know why, but my read mail is automatically deleted if I go into inbox sent, deleted or any other box in Windows Mail. Can anyone help me please with the steps on how to change this back?

Nevermind, I searched again and found my answer!

Do not worry. It is not deleted. While in the Inbox: view the current view. You want to uncheck: Hide the Read Messages and show all Messages must be the only option checked. Bruce Hagen

  • I want to change password if ex is unable to read the messages without using Master passworde

Follow-up of your card. Try to change the previous password of xxxxxxxx to something my wife doesn't know. Has been advised to do so because of the coming divorce proceedings. Don't want to punch in a master password everytime I open Thunderberg. Can I change my password and how. I've been here a while try and it does not say how. Thank you

The master password in Thunderbird protects passwords stored in Thunderbird. It prevents anyone from reading mail already downloaded on your computer.
FYI: this is a public forum and view passwords lets everyone with your wife know what it is. Not very smart.
