  Hi all

  I am writing some software dependent vs angle chart and to the monitor when the buttons are pressed.  The software allows all DAQ lines to be configured so that multiple configurations data acquisition can be used.

  Currently, I peut use my NOR-9411 read the angular position of my quadurature encoder and trigger the playback of my entry (measured with a NEITHER-9219 or 9237) load on a rising edge of A or B input terminal analog.  Also, I can configure the software to do the same thing with a card OR-6259.

  My problem is that when I switch to a NO-9401 to read my meter task, I can no longer use the input terminals A or B to trigger my analog input.  I get error-200414 saying that the entry A (PFI0) is an invalid clock source.

  I know that the 9401 is configurable by nibble for input/output lines0:3 and 4:7, but how that affects the ability of a trigger, a route line PFI?

  Measurement and Automation Explorer shows it as an acceptable way of PFI0 AI/StartTrigger and AI/SampleClock.

  I joined the my code section that defines the tasks and that causes the error.  You take a look in the Utilities folder and open the Tasks.vi create.

  Hello r.youden,

  The option you're looking for is Edit > use current default values.  This will "lock" the current values of the façade as default values when the VI is open.  It can also be configured programmatically via the nodes property.

  If you have stacked locations, you must write to the Active Scale Y read property information of the scale for this specific plot.

  I had to put the connected to the account of "Allow user to administer this computer" in users and groups then went to Mail and set default Outlook.  After the e-mail saved the default and then I removed the checkbox "Allow user to administer this computer" (two reboots) but saved the day when administrator.  Seems there should be an easier way, but it worked for me...

  I created the task UP. The task takes in the counter of an encoder input and converts it to angular position. Always use the DAQmxReadCounterF64 function to read the meter? I'm guessing that I made and that the function returns the angular position, rather than the raw numbers. Not sure if.

  When you open the examples provided with NI SoftMotion, generally there are two loops. The main loop and a loop that contains the following message:

  Concerning priority and when you call the motion function blocks:

• Google Chrome installed but I have not installed it. Also the default browser configured to read a link as if it were an application for commencement. A lot of questions because I improved the MSE. What is happening with this? Also network problems.

  Since I upgraded MSE (when I did, there was a popup telling me it had not been approved for XP) I had to do system restore because it would not be updated and did not allow me update Windows.  Moreover, since the installation of a new version of CCleaner and jump into an H & R Block CD (but not installed) Google Chrome suddenly appeared as installed.  A day later, when I open IE8, it said that it was not my default browser.  It turns out that the default was trying to read the links as if they were programs to open.  These things happen in sequence, not all at once.  I'm starting to lose faith in MSE as a viable security program.  Everyone knows these issues?

  Unless you did, do you also have a Google toolbar? That install package you used for CCleaner it is where your new Chrome browser default change probably came to look always for 'extras' during the installation of the software, sometimes even when you uncheck the options such as the toolbar Google or Google Chrome as default browser and the homepage that they install any way.   It's a matter of Windows not a question of IE.  However, FWIW, what I would do is disable Auto-Hide, and then use the menu item move the taskbar, for example Alt-space, M and then do a few movements of the cursor to see where you can get it at.   That's actually what I did in XP.  I am now on W7 and apparently this Alt-space, M thing does not work here.  In W7 they apparently now actually do less esoteric function, for example, there is an explicit option for this in the taskbar properties dialog box.  Who would have thought?  I don't know what the State of this feature in Vista.   Try both?   ; )
